"We booked 2 rooms. Love one of the room with the view of the stream, especially at night . However, another room is placed at the end of the hotel which need to pass through a quiet and dark path. I was wondering why can't the host upgrade the other room to the front area which is brighter when they have total of 20 rooms but only 2 rooms were occupied on the day we checked in. Other than that, everything is fine. we got to try local food during supper and breakfast prepared by the host which was new to us. Love the serenity of this place during late night and early morning when there was not many tourists"

"A short trip at the tail end of the Chinese New Year holiday, staying at the Tianlai Hot Spring Villa for 2 nights. The lakeside view, warm private hot spring, mahjong table in the room, and the thoughtful butler and housekeeping staff were all great. Plus, the Moon Bay Food Court was super close, and the kids had a blast! The service during the Chinese New Year holiday deserves praise. Despite the large number of breakfast guests, it was organized and orderly, with efficient seating guidance and quick table clearing. The queue for the noodle station during peak hours must have made the chef feel both happy and overwhelmed! 😄 In the mornings, we hiked Renhuang Mountain to work up a sweat, spent the afternoons sunbathing and soaking in the hot springs, and evenings playing mahjong and cards. It was absolutely relaxing, and next time we definitely need to stay for more days! Hahaha."

I can only say that this is the first time I have seen such a large king-size bed room. This room can accommodate 4 beds. The interior is very clean, there is no odor, the air conditioning effect is perfect, and the dry and wet separation is in place. I live on the 16th floor, the scenery is not bad, the TV can cast the screen and watch some channels normally. It is super quiet, and the sound of the air conditioner is very small. Just looking at the configuration, it is worth the price. I think the only shortcoming is that there are no good attractions near the hotel, and there is no good dining, so it is a problem to eat, drink and have fun. It is perfect for a short and long stay. "This is probably one of the best places I’ve ever visited! The environment is gorgeous, surrounded by nature and the occasional sounds of beating drums and the cheerful chirps of birds. All staff members were friendly, and always ready to assist, even though we don’t speak the same language. The room was very clean, and equipped with everything needed. There are so many fun things to do and see! The animals are all in very good condition, and I love the balance between being able to step into the animals’ habitats, while still respecting their environment. Breakfast offers a huge variety of delicious food, including Chinese and Western dishes. Furthermore, the travel photography service included with my package, captured beautiful moments! The staff were professional, and timely. The giraffes are absolutely gorgeous and worth the visit! I also received an adorable little toy giraffe upon checking out. 10/10!"

Facilities: The air conditioning was too noisy (even on the lowest fan speed). I couldn't sleep with it on due to the noise, but it was too cold with it off. Everything else was fine. It was a unique experience having a white tiger downstairs at the hotel. The package included the zoo and skiing, which was convenient, and we also got half-price admission to other scenic spots.
