"I was in Ji'an for a business trip, my first time here. The new district's development is pretty good, though it lacks a bit of buzz, which is typical for most third and fourth-tier cities. The room was decent. I booked a business room, which offered more panoramic views with lots of glass curtain walls on one side. The AC was incredibly slow to cool down, so it only got comfortably cool in the latter half of the night. These are minor details, but since they knew a business room was booked, especially in this heat, they should have proactively cooled it down beforehand. The service staff, I can only say, was average. Even the basic front desk reception, which creates the first impression when checking into a hotel, lacked warmth and friendliness. Compared to other hotels in the same category, the service didn't match up. I travel frequently for business and stay in hotels, so maybe my expectations are too high, or perhaps..."

The beautiful receptionist asked me about my room requirements attentively. As for the room facilities and breakfast, I don't need to elaborate on the high level of the Hilton Hampton series, as the pictures can illustrate it. However, the warm service of the two local beauties mentioned above, in addition to the service operating standards, also requires people's inner enthusiasm and empathy for service, which is the most noteworthy thing about this stay experience. Before leaving, ”Xiao Yin” also prepared water and fruits for easy consumption during the trip, and also prepared a membership card holder, which is the first warm service I have seen in the Hilton Hampton series, which made me overjoyed."
