"This is a wonderful Suzhou-style garden hotel, directly connected to the Pan Gate ancient scenic area. You could easily spend half a day exploring both the hotel grounds and the scenic area, as the views are stunning both day and night. The interior is spacious and grand, with a stylish Chinese design and decor. Chinese culture, including ancient paintings and other artworks, is beautifully integrated throughout the common areas, hallways, restaurants, and guest rooms. The views from the windows are picturesque. The hotel boasts comprehensive facilities, including a swimming pool, gym, spa, and children's play area, as well as both Chinese and Western restaurants. The property itself is vast, featuring a classic Suzhou garden with pavilions, terraces, and quaint bridges scattered throughout. Everything is meticulously maintained, clean, and bright. From the front desk to the cafe and room staff, everyone is polite, warm, and highly professional, making you feel right at home! The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection. This is my second stay here, and I highly recommend it! Thank you to the hotel for your excellent service. I wish you continued success and many more guests!"

"Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. Right outside the hotel is the Jinji Lake walking path. Waking up in the morning and strolling along the lake is wonderful – the air is fresh, and it's not crowded. When you get tired, there are benches to sit on. Walking in the evening before sunset, watching the sky darken and the lights across the lake slowly turn on, is incredibly relaxing. It's about a ten-minute walk east to Eslite Spectrum and twenty minutes west to Moonlight Wharf, all along the walking path, so you don't have to cross any roads, which makes it very safe. On a free weekend, a leisurely one-hour walk around the lake from the hotel, enjoying the scenery, is much more pleasant than staying cooped up in the room. For city dwellers, having a lakeside path right outside the door is a rare treat in itself. It's just a 5-minute walk to nearby restaurants and shopping centers, making it super convenient for dining or shopping. • **Facilities:** As a flagship hotel under the InterContinental brand, the facilities are top-notch and fully meet the brand's high standards. The guest rooms are spacious and comfortable, with quality evident in every detail. • **Service Highlights:** I must commend GROSS for their thoughtful and meticulous service. From check-in to departure, they were attentive throughout, making me feel especially welcomed and cared for. **Summary:** This was a perfect stay, and the InterContinental Suzhou will still be my first choice next time I visit! "I recently took my child to Suzhou for a three-day, two-night trip and specifically booked a Horizon Club King Room at Shangri-La. I even requested a baby bed rail when making the reservation. Unfortunately, the entire check-in experience was quite disappointing. We arrived around 2:30 PM, and the lobby was crowded. A female front desk agent with glasses kept her head down and didn't proactively greet us, even though there was no one in front of her. I had to approach her to initiate check-in, and she had a sour expression on her face the whole time, which really put a damper on things. After getting to the room, we waited over an hour for the bed rail, despite calling three times. They finally brought it up slowly, claiming the elevator was broken. Any parent traveling with a baby knows how agonizing that kind of wait can be. For breakfast, the lounge only offered noodles and wontons during the Chinese New Year period, and the taste was very mediocre. We later discovered that the second-floor restaurant had many more options; I'd recommend going there directly. Parking is free, but we had to contact the front desk every time we left to register our license plate, which was a bit inconvenient. The room facilities were also just average; the hairdryer wasn't a Dyson, and the toilet wasn't smart. The only heartwarming moment was when the housekeeping auntie saw I had a baby and proactively brought extra bottles of mineral water for making formula. This small gesture truly touched me. However, overall, the Horizon Club did not provide the service level I expected. I won't be considering Shangri-La again."

'Su Mian Fang,' the hotel's noodle restaurant, is highly acclaimed and considered a must-try on any Suzhou food itinerary, with its hairy crab roe noodles being particularly memorable. The Suzhou-style red soup noodles at breakfast are also exceptionally delicious. The hotel's location is excellent, right by Jinji Lake, and within walking distance of Suzhou Center and the Gate of the Orient. This makes it incredibly convenient for both shopping and sightseeing, truly delivering an experience of 'bustling city life right outside your door, and tranquility within the grounds.' The butler service was meticulous and attentive, and the hotel's 'energy station,' offering complimentary drinks and snacks, also left a deep impression on me."

"I stayed on the 5th floor facing the roundabout, and the nightly light show was absolutely stunning from up close. We even got to see fireworks! 👍 The hotel also offered a complimentary bike ride around Jinji Lake, but unfortunately, we couldn't fit the free 2-hour bicycle tour into our schedule due to conflicting plans. I absolutely loved the color scheme of the room – a chic and serene gray-blue. With the New Year approaching, the hotel had a wonderfully festive atmosphere. Most of our excursions around the area took about 30 minutes. Aside from visiting the classical gardens this time, the dinner and night views around Ligongdi added significant value to our in-depth exploration of Suzhou."

With direct access to Times Square Station on Metro Lines 1 and 8, it's incredibly easy to get to Suzhou Railway Station, Suzhou Industrial Park Station, and various attractions, making it ideal for a city getaway."

The hotel itself is nestled within the Pingjiang Road Historic and Cultural District, offering a tranquil and elegant atmosphere, brimming with Suzhou charm. The restaurant environment was equally clean and comfortable, and the dishes were authentic and delicious – we could eat there for days without getting tired of it. "The triple room at Atour is truly the top choice for friends traveling together. It's spacious, and the service attitude is excellent. The coffee downstairs in the lobby smells wonderful. When we met staff in the stairwell, the first thing they said was 'Happy New Year,' which warmed our hearts. Five-star rating! Plus, it's right by Jinji Lake, an absolutely fantastic location."
