"I chose this hotel at first glance while searching, and I wasn't disappointed after my stay! The location is superb, extremely close to the scenic spot entrance, saving a lot of travel time. The room view is amazing; you can see the scenery as soon as you open the window, perfect for taking photos. The cleanliness is top-notch, even the corners are spotless, and all toiletries are disposable, which is reassuring and hygienic. The staff are all very enthusiastic, proactively helping with luggage and patiently answering all sorts of questions. The price is also very affordable; this quality is truly great value. "The environment is fantastic; everything looks brand new, and the decor is very stylish. It features a combined washer-dryer, excellent wet/dry separation in the bathroom, and plenty of natural light. Plus, there's a fridge and a microwave. I highly recommend this place!"

"A very satisfying stay. You should still book an old star hotel, which has all the services you should have and new styles. The specific feelings are: 1. The environment is awesome, living in the park, there are birds, fish, cats and white rabbits. 2. The window balcony looks out to the lake, which is worth it. 3. Although the equipment and facilities are not new, they are very well maintained, clean and tidy without odor, and there is no dust layer in the corners. 4. The long-lost evening light-on bed-making service, now the new hotel has long gone, and it has to be an old star hotel. 5. The old hotel also has new styles, the butler service makes people feel intimate, and the fruit sent is heartwarming. 6. The hotel restaurant buffet breakfast and à la carte dinner are good. 7. Visiting Chairman Mao’s former residence adds value to the stay, and I learned a lot of little-known stories of great men. The explanation of the guide is vivid and vivid. Emma's warm smile, like the gentle current of the Yangtze, instantly melted away the fatigue of travel with just a few friendly words. This wasn't just a front desk; it was clearly the prologue to an unfolding story, a welcoming waypoint. I absolutely adored the design of that corner: the elevator doors opened and closed like stage curtains, gently shielding you from the city's hustle and bustle. The play of light and shadow in the corridors created a modern enigma. The guest room felt like a semi-open coffee lounge, where the 'click' of the capsule machine brewed a rich, dark cup, perfectly complementing the morning light. Even the hairdryer had its quirks, with a perfectly balanced airflow and temperature that felt almost 'idealistic'. The Wi-Fi signal was as robust as a Wuhan summer night, and the very air seemed to carry the whispered secrets of cherry blossoms and the Yangtze. The omnipresent decorations were a highlight, truly embodying Voco's brand culture."

"Our hotel room had an absolutely stunning view. The facilities were modern and the rooms were clean as I'm used to with newly built Atour hotels. The huge floor to seating windows were fantastic. "

"We have arrived the hotel at 17:15 in the afternoon and we were told that 4 of our rooms are not ready. We needed to wait for our rooms in the lobby without any compensation for the delay. Later on, we have received our first room’s room key at about 20 minutes later and the rest of the 3 rooms were ready after 18:35. We are disappointed by the handling of the situation as we are already tired after a long day of travel and there were no actions being taken by the hotel staffs except saying sorry for the delay. The rooms are supposed to be ready at 16:00 according to the hotel information. A simple gesture of an apology would be helpful but unfortunately there were none."

"Awesome, love this hotel! I have never stayed at Orange Hotel, and I have the impression that it is a business hotel, but I love this Orange Crystal Hotel, it feels very girly! Very safe and beautiful! The hotel rooms start from the 26th floor, with a great view, and the breakfast floor is on the 25th floor, which feels elegant! The room is spacious, with large windows of novel design, a large TV, a double chair and a small table, making it very comfortable for eating snacks! The shower room is spacious and can be used for both rainfall and shower, which is very rare! The sink is also very large, you can put skin care products and hairdressing instruments as you like. The slippers are thick and the furniture in the room has rounded corners, which feels thoughtful! The mini bar drinks included in the room booking were carefully preset to be sugar-free, and they even said you can refill if you don’t have enough. I love it! We booked a room with a designated Sealy mattress, and I slept soundly until dawn. I was not afraid of traveling alone because the room was so cute. The ambient lighting at night was warm but not too bright to disturb my sleep! The pillow also has two preset hardness levels, which suits me very well. The curtains in the room open automatically with a button, very smart! Free TV also includes foreign movies, rich entertainment! The staff is polite and feels comfortable! The lobby is beautiful and has many private rooms, making waiting for a car or someone more private! B1 goes directly to the lobby of Jiefang Road subway station. Isn’t this too convenient? It is one of the few hotels in China that is so convenient, haha. Especially during the peak season for cherry blossom viewing, it takes hours of traffic jam to get to the cherry blossom viewing spots. Here, you can get there by taking the subway for just a few yuan!  The view on the breakfast floor is also beautiful, with many varieties, but the taste is slightly better. For example, it is common sense that the corn should not be too hard and undercooked. 😂 I feel that Western desserts and baking are relatively weak, so I suggest creating more Wuhan Chinese dishes to promote China and spread Chu cuisine! The juice is delicious, and other items such as cheese, eggs, and especially sesame oil chicken are delicious! In terms of hygiene, the auntie at the noodle stall actually pulled down her mask and sprayed the air backwards when she sneezed. Points will be deducted for this. I am worried about the food behind her!  But it does not affect my good impression of the hotel. Next time I hope to try other Orange Crystal Hotels and will recommend them to my friends. "I started my trip by booking the wrong hotel - same name but in a different city. The hotel graciously agreed to a full refund even though it was well beyond the refund period. I was grateful for that. When I arrived, the hotel was centrally located right across from the walking street full of shopping and good food. The staff at the hotel was polite, warm and well trained. I’d like to make special mention of Mr Peter (子延）from concierge services. Even though he was only a trainee at the hotel, he went above and beyond his duties to help me sort out my issues with my local deliveries."

Front desk staff, Xiao Zhang, was warm and attentive, handling check-in quickly and efficiently, and even thoughtfully prepared tea. The room was spacious and bright, and the King Koil mattress was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a full night's sleep. The 24-hour flexible check-in policy is truly a lifesaver, allowing for much more freedom in travel planning. The indoor heated pool's water quality was clean, and the fitness facilities were well-equipped. Breakfast offered a rich variety of delicious options. This stay, from the facilities to the service, was impeccable. I highly recommend it to all friends visiting Wuhan – it's absolutely fantastic value for money."
