Scenic Hotels in Wuyishan

"Before setting off, I searched for many hotels in Sangu Old Street on Ctrip and eventually settled on Impression Grand Hotel. I initially booked an elegant twin room on the fifth floor, but after reading reviews, I learned that the fifth floor isn't directly accessible by elevator. So, I found the hotel's number online and called. The owner readily offered me a free upgrade to a business room with elevator access. When I arrived at the hotel the day before yesterday, the owner kept his word and immediately arranged two business twin rooms for me. During this process, the owner patiently had staff accompany us to choose rooms until we were satisfied, which made us very happy and content. The hotel rooms are quite spacious, clean, and tidy. The hotel's location is quiet despite being in a bustling area; you can't hear any outside noise when sleeping, and the soundproofing between rooms is also excellent – no sounds from neighboring rooms at all. The hotel breakfast is plentiful, offering both Chinese and Western options with a wide variety. The hotel is only a 10-minute walk from Sangu Old Street. We stayed for three nights, and the overall experience was great, mainly due to the incredibly enthusiastic owner and staff. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value for money."

"I was a bit hesitant before booking, but decided to trust Xiamen C&D Group's reputation as an established five-star hotel, and it certainly didn't disappoint. The room was spacious, and the sofa bed was perfect for my 11-year-old. The view of Dawang Peak from the balcony was lovely, and it was very quiet at night. The front desk staff and housekeeping were all excellent, and the cleanliness was reassuring. Breakfast was plentiful, with a great selection at the noodle bar and local specialties. My child wanted to go swimming after hiking, and in the evening, there were very few people. The deep end of the pool was over 1.5 meters, and the water quality was good. The outdoor pool was also filled and looked very clear, but unfortunately, the weather wasn't warm enough in late April to try it out. The hotel's location is convenient; it's easy to get to scenic spots by free bus or taxi, and Sangu Old Street is just across the road. Overall, we had a very comfortable three-night stay at the Yuhua."

"Conveniently located in 三姑度假区，with bus stop (free public bus) just slightly away fr KFC. If taxi driver dropped you off on main street where KFC is, you just need to enter KFC, and cross over to go out to the back door, and you enter the Weisu hotel. Room is spacious, cleanliness is OK. However, the room is smelly with cigarette smoke. Our room faces the main road (大王蜂), and can hear noise fr passing cars and pedestrians. Shampoo not provided, with a bottle of 2 in 1 body+hand wash on the basin, where there is no where to put this bottle in the shower area."

"The location is excellent, right within the Wuyi Mountains scenic area, about a 10-minute walk from Wuyi Palace, making it convenient to get everywhere. The hotel's overall environment is beautiful, and it has all the amenities you could need, including a washing machine, dryer, and vending machine. They even provide laundry detergent in the bathroom, which is a very thoughtful touch. Plus, the staff here are very friendly and accommodating; when I asked for water, they generously gave me two bottles."

"We stayed here for 3 nights. The location is good, near to the main road and easy access to everywhere. You can cross the road to the opposite for a free ride, bus no. 9 line to bamboo rafting pier. There is a night market at the Old street where you can buy and try the local street food, it's just few minutes walk from the hotel. What I like the most is they provide tea set and a nice sitting place where you can make gongfu tea. The hotel also provides complimentary red bean soup every night 8pm."

"We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Breakfast dishes were not replenished when we were there at 9am for three mornings. However, the congee and eggs were enough for us. We walked to the entrance of the Wuyishan National Park (about 1.5km) and also walked back from Impression Da Hong Pao (about 1km) after the show at night. We enjoyed walking so the distance is not an issue for us."

"Cleanliness: Excellent, everything was very clean, and the bathroom smelled fresh. Ambiance: Even if you don't go to tourist sites, staying at the hotel is perfectly sufficient. There are plenty of entertainment options and the scenery is beautiful. Service: They basically granted every request. Staff would proactively ask if we needed a shuttle or anything else when they saw us. The travel photos turned out great, and they even sent fresh, delicious fruit the next day. The breakfast had a wide variety, and the taste was decent. Overall, the hotel was the most satisfying part of our Wuyishan trip. It's definitely worth staying again."

"I personally like to stay in a new hotel. This homestay is very new and the type I like. It feels beyond expectations. Especially the yard is really healing. The room details are also very good. It is clean and hygienic. The daily necessities are also very good. Use, you can see that the boss is very careful, Next time I come to Wuyishan to continue to stay, a pleasant experience ૮ ・ﻌ・ა"

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, right at the Chongyang Stream walking path, and just a one-minute walk to the No. 9 bus stop. Behind the hotel, there's a bustling food street, making transportation and dining incredibly convenient. Upon arrival, we received a complimentary room upgrade; the room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The service was warm and friendly. They even offer hot desserts at 8 PM, which was perfect for a comforting and delicious treat after watching the 'Impression Dahongpao' show. Our stay was fantastic!"

"The rooms are bright, well-designed, and show great attention to detail. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation and modern fixtures. The guesthouse is located right in Tianxin Village, which is the core of the scenic area. It's close to Wuyi Palace, and just across the street from the old town, making dining and shopping very convenient – even food delivery is incredibly fast. The tea area in the lobby is excellent, perfect for business meetings or for friends and family to enjoy tea and reminisce. The guesthouse also has its own parking spaces, which is great for self-driving tours. Overall, the single rooms are on par with a four-star hotel, and as a guesthouse, it offers incredible value for money."
