"This was my favorite hotel on our ten-day trip around Taihu Lake. It boasts an exquisite, secluded style, emphasizing a return to simplicity without the need for smart technology. There are no TVs in the rooms, and the curtains are all manual, with keyless entry. But every step was filled with breathtaking beauty. The service was exceptional. The housekeeper asked for our arrival time in advance. We parked in the parking lot and took the electric cart up the mountain. However, since my mother had mobility issues, the cart took us directly to the elevator and even assigned us the room closest to the elevator. The housekeepers were incredibly kind and friendly, smiling every time they greeted us. Since we were staying for several days, we decided to skip housekeeping, so we hung a sign saying ”no housekeeping required.” The housekeepers waited at the door until the housekeeper confirmed we needed towels changed and items replenished. They were incredibly attentive and responsible. The afternoon tea was exquisite, and every dessert was delicious. We didn't want to waste any, so we devoured all three desserts each day. The next day, we were too lazy to go downstairs to the restaurant, so the housekeeper even brought them to our room. The room also included tickets to the Yixing Ceramics Museum, which you could spend a whole day exploring. Besides the history of ceramics and collections from different dynasties, the room also boasts a beautiful museum. There are also numerous works and manuscripts by Gu Jingzhou, which are well worth a visit. However, the museum is quite old, and only one side has an elevator. Some sections require walking up and down stairs, making it difficult for those with mobility issues. During osmanthus season, the fragrance of osmanthus fills the air. Nearby, at the entrance to Longbei Mountain, there are dark-colored osmanthus trees, which are incredibly fragrant. Conversely, at the windy Tao Erchang, apart from the UCCA building and a handmade jewelry shop by an independent designer, everything else exudes an internet celebrity vibe and a cheap feel. It took me five minutes to explore. The only downside to the hotel is the small rooms. I think there are 17 rooms, averaging around 40 to 50 square meters, but it certainly didn't feel cramped. Even when the hotel is full, it's still quiet, perhaps influenced by the surroundings, preventing noise. I'll definitely be back."

"First of all, the hotel is in a good location. There is a park opposite, so you can go for a walk in the morning and evening. The street next to it is a snack street, and there are many lively restaurants. We had dinner on this street, which was delicious and affordable. The underground parking lot is also convenient for parking. Secondly, the hotel service is very good. The front desk upgraded the room. When I went to the restaurant to ask about dining, the explanation was very detailed and recommended the restaurant next to the snack street. There was service soon after I put down the phone when I needed it. It was efficient, and the lobby manager was also remarkable. Finally, let’s talk about breakfast. There are still many varieties, especially the local flavors such as black rice, lily soup, and bamboo shoots. It would be better if there were more green vegetables, and the restaurant waiters removed the plates in time. It’s a pity that there was no knife for the welcome fruit when I checked in, because I took it home because I drove by myself. I mentioned that the sound insulation may be good. I heard the loud voices from the neighbors when I walked past them, and I was worried that it would affect my sleep, but I didn’t seem to hear much when I got to my room. I don’t know if the neighbors didn’t talk or the sound insulation was good. I think it should be the latter. The toilet is TOTO, with automatic reheating and lid heating, which is comfortable."

My only minor comment is that the bed was a little too soft for my personal taste."

It boasts a diverse selection of dishes, and the taste is excellent. Facilities: I highly recommend the indoor heated pool, which features a stunning glass ceiling and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The fitness center is also well-equipped. "This hotel is reportedly from the same team and owner as Alila Wuzhen, and the overall aesthetic is quite beautiful. The landscape at the hotel entrance, in particular, is stunning. Even in winter, with fewer lush plants than in summer, it's still gorgeous, and I can only imagine how spectacular it would be in warmer months. Inside, it truly lives up to the 'a new scene with every step' feeling, with exquisite and unique details throughout. The outdoor water feature in the hotel lobby also reminded me of Alila Shanghai – elegant yet natural. However, the hotel is not particularly large; it's more of a 'small but beautiful' type, with a limited number of rooms. While it has all the essentials, there aren't many facilities or places to explore, and the view from the room is quite ordinary. But these are minor points that don't detract from the overall experience. I must particularly commend the service. Although some of the restaurant staff seemed to be new and less experienced during meals, the greeters at the entrance and the front desk staff were incredibly professional. David at the front desk, in particular, provided meticulous service, handling all arrangements perfectly and even remembering guests' names, which is quite rare. Moreover, every employee we encountered during our stay, even the maintenance workers, greeted us with a smile, indicating excellent team management. There was also a minor incident when we were leaving: I left my phone in the Didi car. The gentleman in the black uniform at the main entrance handled the situation very professionally. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and didn't get his name. Finally, the area around the hotel is quite desolate, making it ideal for a vacation where you plan to stay within the hotel. For those without a car, getting around could be inconvenient. Overall, it was excellent, and I will definitely return."

"A 5-star hotel in Dingdu Town, the hometown of purple clay pottery. It takes about 400 yen and takes 15 minutes by DIDI from the high-speed rail station. The spacious lobby has purple clay teapots displayed like a museum, and it takes an hour to see them all. On the first floor of the hotel, there are four purple clay teapot specialty shops, so if you don't have time to go out to town, you can purchase quality products within the hotel. The room is very spacious, with a large bathtub and plenty of hot water. The shower booth can be switched between a hand shower and a rainfall shower. The room is equipped with a purple clay stone teapot and tea tray tea set, as well as black and green tea leaves. There is also a thick guidebook of purple clay teapot owners on the writing desk, which will soothe your boredom at night. I entered the room just as the room was being cleaned, and the cleaning ladies were very kind to me, as I don't speak Chinese. I was really impressed. The breakfast is not as good as a foreign 5-star hotel, but it has a sufficient variety and quantity. It is a Chinese hotel, so the only flaw is that they do not provide chilled drinks or omelets. It is not the hotel's fault, but there are few restaurants around the hotel where you can eat alone (for some reason there are many hotpot restaurants). The nearest convenience store is less than 1 km away. That is the only negative point. I stayed in May during the China-United Nations holiday, so it was a little expensive, but normally this luxury hotel is around 7,000 yen, which is a bargain. Of course, I would like to stay again next time. From the window, you can see Huanglong Mountain, which reminds you of the mining of the past. This hotel is a dream hotel for purple clay teapot collectors. If you are a purple clay teapot fan from Japan, you should definitely try staying at this hotel, you will definitely not regret it! It is indeed a good place for leisure vacation, summer team building, health and entertainment. If details determine everything, The door is low-key, like a retired master pursuing the ultimate good life, but not ostentatiously, low-key yet luxurious. The service is supreme, beyond five-star. The beautiful scenery of Xishan and the harmony of body and mind. When I came to Yangxian, my thoughts suddenly changed."

"On a business trip, I chose this hotel because Wanda Plaza is right downstairs. Client meetings and last-minute errands are a breeze, taking only 5 minutes. The main business district is just a 10-minute walk away, saving me a lot of commuting hassle. The room details were top-notch: the desk lamp had just the right brightness for my computer screen, the ergonomic chair was comfortable for long hours, and the high-speed, stable Wi-Fi allowed me to efficiently revise my proposals. The most thoughtful touch was the 24-hour front desk, who helped me print documents late at night and even offered a wake-up call.
