"Our overall experience during this stay was incredibly satisfying. The pool team, in particular, was outstanding. Special mention goes to Chen and Li, who worked from 6 AM to 3 PM; they displayed exceptional professionalism. They were consistently focused and responsible during their shifts, never distracted by their phones, always attentive to the children's safety, and provided meticulous and appropriate service. Their dedication and expertise left us with a very deep and positive impression of the hotel, even making us consider extending our stay. While I don't recall the names of the other pool staff, they too left a strong and positive impression."

"I booked this hotel online because it had just opened. After staying there, I found that the facilities and amenities were indeed quite new, which is commendable. I booked a river-view room, but during my check-in, I spoke with the front desk two or three times. There was absolutely no river view from the room. I mentioned it to a taxi driver, who said there was just a ditch outside, no river view whatsoever. Furthermore, you couldn't see anything out of the room unless you pressed your face against the window and looked towards the far right edge to see a sliver of water. In conclusion, there was absolutely no need to book a so-called river-view room. The hotel didn't offer breakfast or car rental service. It wasn't far from the old town, but taxis were very expensive during the Spring Festival, and public transportation was unreliable. The hotel's tissues and toilet paper were a bit rough, and the sheets had many wrinkles; I don't know why, but they weren't very comfortable to lie on. The door didn't have a security lock, but luckily I brought my own alarm. The hotel's toothbrushes were sparse and very soft."

"It is very close to Zhangzhou Station, but far from the bus station. It is suitable for those who drive by themselves or take the train for only one night, because there is a free pick-up station. If it is close to other places, it may not be easy to take a car. It is a real small courtyard with new design and equipment. "Facilities: The hotel facilities are very new, and the rooms are equipped with air purifiers, smart curtains, and self-service washer-dryers, making it very comfortable overall. Cleanliness: The room was very clean, even the corners were spotless, and there were no water stains on the bathroom mirror. The walls in the hallway were pristine white, and even the terrace was immaculate. You can tell they put a lot of effort into running this guesthouse. Environment: The guesthouse's location is excellent, right on Beijing Road which is perfect for photos. There's a small river behind it, which looks especially beautiful at night. It's just a 3-minute walk to the East Gate of the ancient town, and catching a Didi (ride-share) from the East Gate is very convenient and less congested than other areas near the ancient town. With a guesthouse in this location, you could visit it 800 times a day, haha! Service: The ladies at the guesthouse are very gentle and kind. Every time we saw them, they greeted us warmly and proactively recommended good places to eat and fun activities nearby. For the lacquer fan experience included in the package, the lady was so encouraging; even though it was our first time and our designs were terrible, she still praised them highly. Plus, they asked daily if we needed room cleaning, which was very thoughtful. In short, I highly recommend this guesthouse!"

"When the hotel first opened, I saw a video about it, so when I came to Zhangzhou this time, I chose to stay here. Good aspects: The environment is indeed excellent, with a large footprint. The hotel as a whole is grand, and the greenery and views are very pleasant. Soundproofing is decent, and the rooms and public areas are clean. The complimentary sweet soup was delicious, and the fruit was fresh and thoughtful. No strange smells. The parking lot is spacious and clean. Areas for improvement: 1. During check-in, the front desk was aware that three people, including one child, would be staying in the room, but they didn't ask if we needed extra toiletries, nor were any provided in the room. 2. Throughout our stay, we encountered several staff members, but surprisingly, only four of them actively greeted guests: the young man who delivered disposable cups that evening, the cleaning lady (PA) in the public restroom in the lobby the next day, the staff member in charge of the coffee machine at breakfast, and one front desk staff member during check-out. Many others we saw simply walked past us. 3. The room (5320) had insufficient power outlets. Of the few available, the one at the bar counter was not only unusable, but the entire panel was about to fall off when unplugging something. Additionally, the small desk lacked a tabletop outlet, only having one on the floor, which required crouching to use. 4. The floor of the shower stall and the outer floor were basically at the same level, and the drainage trench was shallow. When showering, water would overflow, which was a bit awkward. 5. As other guests mentioned online, the souvenir was indeed 'invisible' and required guests to ask for it. When we checked out, it was Mid-Autumn Festival, and the staff member offered a fan as a gift, which differed from what other guests reportedly received. It also had lower relevance and brand coherence. 6. The Ctrip benefits included a free Didi (ride-hailing) service to the ancient city. The front desk also knew we might go to the ancient city after checking in and were planning to take a taxi, but they did not proactively ask if we needed help arranging a car. In summary, these are my and my husband's brief impressions after our one-day stay. Overall, for the price during the National Day holiday, the hotel offered very good value in terms of hardware services. However, for female guests hoping for certain 'soft' services in a five-star hotel, it doesn't meet the value and expectations for its price point."
