"Stayed for a one-night layover - hotel is very close to the airport but unfortunately there aren't really any sidewalks on the way to it so it's not walkable. While we took a cheap taxi, if you contact them they will also send over a shuttle for free. As with everywhere in the area including the airport itself, English was not particularly fluent but some desk staff spoke enough that there wasn't any problem, and translation apps work well now otherwise. The room was huge and everything was clean and pleasant. Zhang was particularly helpful taking up our bags and shuttling us back and forth to the airport which is also the metro stop. Great experience."

Despite the hotel being fully booked and under high pressure, she maintained a warm smile and thoughtfully arranged for us to relax in the Executive Lounge. (On a side note, the communication style of a burly male supervisor or manager there was a bit stiff; perhaps some additional service training for management would be beneficial). Even when full, the 41st-floor Executive Lounge maintained a high standard of service. The staff were attentive, proactive, and genuinely warm in their interactions. Housekeeping staff consistently greeted us with a smile, demonstrating attention to detail and true dedication. Manager Xiao Guang at the Western Restaurant deserves special commendation! From breakfast to dinner, he consistently displayed the exceptional qualities of a professional manager, with a keen eye for both food quality and guest needs. Other Western Restaurant management and service staff were equally excellent. However, there's significant room for improvement in the dinner offerings, particularly at the grill station and with the desserts. The fitness center experience was a pleasant surprise. The front desk attendant offered sincere and thoughtful advice, making our workout more reassuring. The pool lifeguards maintained a professional and vigilant presence throughout, and this dedication to safety details is truly commendable. Compared to my previous stays, this visit clearly demonstrated a comprehensive improvement in both service and management efficiency. I eagerly look forward to my next stay!"

"The location is opposite to the Corn Building. The hotel shares an elevator with an office building, which is very slow. Moreover, for a hotel of this price, the breakfast variety is too small! There are only a few dishes in total, a hot dish of beans and a cold dish of beans!"
