"Check-in and check-out were incredibly fast, and the staff were exceptionally warm and efficient. We also used the luggage storage, which was very convenient. Stepping into the lobby, you're immediately immersed in a futuristic, oceanic atmosphere, with a star-studded ceiling and marine creature decor – absolutely stunning. The elevators resemble deep-sea tunnels, displaying different deep-sea wonders as you ascend, which was incredibly novel. The room was cozy and comfortable with great natural light, and our child loved it. The balcony offered a wonderful view. All amenities were complete and of good quality; the bedding was comfortable, and the duvet and pillows were soft and warm. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the footstool for kids and the toilet seat were such thoughtful touches – definitely a big thumbs up. The hotel also offered interactive activities like flash card games, which were both fun and helped develop our child's skills. Every detail showed how much care they put in. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation, and the shuttle bus operates on a regular schedule with clear directions, so there's no need to worry about getting around. The staff were enthusiastic and highly efficient. We will definitely stay here again!"

"I took my family to Zhuhai Chimelong for the weekend and stumbled upon this ocean-themed guesthouse nearby. I was immediately captivated by the pictures and booked it without hesitation! We chose the Ice and Snow Kingdom Castle room 🏰. Walking down the hallway from the elevator to our room felt like we were underwater. When we opened the door, we were amazed – it was a complete underwater castle. It features a two-story, ocean-themed round bed, a spiral slide directly from the second to the first floor, a tent ⛺, a ride-on toy, a rocking horse, and all sorts of facilities that kids love. They also thoughtfully provided children's disposable toiletries, a washbasin, and adorable shark slippers, making it very convenient for kids to use without needing to bring their own. What's even more considerate is the little butler service that allowed us to pre-order breakfast for the next morning. There were three set menus to choose from, and we could also book the delivery time in advance. The next day, a dedicated person or a robot delivered it right on time."

"The room was great, and on the second day, the hotel lobby upgraded us to a sea-view room for two days. The service was excellent and very prompt whenever we needed anything. The kids' play area was clean and hygienic, and the staff were patient and meticulous. Breakfast had a rich variety of options, making for a very good experience. Getting around was also super convenient, with the tourist bus stop right across the street. I will definitely choose the Grand Hyatt Hotel again next time I visit."

"The driver dropped us off on the ground floor, and the greeter at the entrance was very polite and helped us with our luggage. Since the reception is on the second floor, we asked a staff member near the jewelry counter, who then had us walk a rather long way around to reach the elevator. The receptionist, however, was quite unhelpful regarding the hotel's complimentary perks; she only shared information when specifically asked, rather than proactively offering it. Perhaps this was because our booking was made through Ctrip. The room itself was great, and I really liked the layout. It would have been better if the welcome fruit had been delivered to the room before our check-in. As Ctrip provided a voucher, we decided to try the restaurant. The food was good, offered decent value for money, and generally didn't disappoint, though the complimentary dessert at the end was a bit underwhelming. When we checked out, our driver couldn't locate the second-floor entrance, so the greeter at the door personally ran downstairs to find him. On such a hot day, this was truly commendable, and I regret not catching his name or staff ID. However, the front desk receptionist remained unhelpful and indifferent. My positive feedback for service is solely directed at the greeter and other staff members. The only minor letdown was not having a sea view."

"Hygiene: The room was spotless, very clean with no strange odors! There's a coffee machine, ice maker, and complimentary tea on the first floor – a great touch. Environment: The surroundings are quite nice, located within a residential area and backed by a small hill, so it's very quiet at night. Service: The ladies' service attitude was excellent, and the breakfast was simple, delicious, and didn't feel wasteful. The hotel is also very close to Lover's Road, perfect for an evening stroll~ There's a great coffee shop within the hotel area that's perfect for photos, and they even have lots of crystal beads inside where you can DIY your own creations – all very pretty~"

"I booked this hotel for the Macau Fireworks Festival. It was incredibly crowded that day, and the service definitely suffered. It took ages for my ice and cutlery request to be delivered. The location, though, is absolutely unbeatable. It's a bit old, given it's a decade-old hotel. The beds here are incredibly comfortable; I wish I knew the brand. I stayed at three different hotels over three days, and the Sheraton's bed was surprisingly the best. However, the lounge was quite disappointing. I wouldn't recommend booking it unless you're specifically there for the fireworks. In the evening, there was only one meat dish (duck) and some starchy meatballs. The desserts were very basic, and the Chilean wine was so astringent it was almost undrinkable; plus, there was no dedicated bartender. Afternoon tea consisted of just biscuits and fruit, and the biscuits weren't even good. The breakfast on the second day had a good variety, nothing special, but certainly enough to fill you up. The coffee beans from Huafa were as bad as ever – incredibly bitter. It's the same at the Marriott's Huafa; I don't know why. The service, however, was excellent. With so many people during the National Day holiday, they implemented a queuing system for breakfast. While waiting, they provided various pastries, fruits, and coffee. The male staff member managing the queue was incredibly patient, and the breakfast team deserves praise for that. There's also a swimming pool, a wet and dry sauna, a children's pool, and a 24-hour gym, which is great. Nearby, there's a Huafa shopping mall with plenty of food options, including a good cha chaan teng. Overall, the location is superb, and the fireworks view from the 18th floor is unparalleled. The service is also good, apart from the subpar food. It's still worth coming back, but it's a bit dated; a renovation would make it even better."

"The Sail Hotel is actually an upgraded version of the original Neptune Hotel. Post-upgrade, the overall experience has significantly improved. From the hotel's interior and service standards to the breakfast, everything rivals that of a 7-star establishment. The package we booked offered incredible value for money, and we were extremely pleased with our stay. The buffet breakfast was far superior to what one might expect for offerings typically priced at 148-168 RMB. Unlimited access to the seawater hot springs allowed us to avoid the scorching daytime heat. The 'Centennial Cantonese Songs' performance was ideal for middle-aged and senior guests who enjoy classic Hong Kong and ********* singers. As Zhuhai locals, visiting Ocean Spring Resort during the off-peak season to enjoy the package was simply blissful!"
