"We stayed here for 2 nights for the convenience of being close to the airport, as I had a long international flight to catch out of Frankfurt. The shuttle bus service from the airport was confusing as many buses were picking up from the same spot, but we eventually got it. The shuttle bus back to the airport was straightforward, one every 20 minutes. We particularly appreciated the service of the staff - the number of passengers who come through the door in crowds can be overwhelming, but they always stayed professional and calm. We had an issue with our first room, the air conditioning didn't work (it was 35C during the day) and they offered to change rooms for us. After another similar experience with the second room, they very generously upgraded us to a nicer room, and the air conditioning was much better. The beds were very good. Sadly, we didn't get to try their traditional German restaurant even though I really wanted to, as it was closed on the Sunday evening. The lady at the pool change rooms was very sweet and kind, she helped to show us how the lockers worked. The bar restaurant lady manager(?) was also very nice, she sat us at an outdoor table when we asked to change seats as it was very hot inside. Overall, we felt very well taken care of, and the service staff made up for the non-working a/c."
