"Super good hotel, super super super recommended, except for being far away from the city, there are no other shortcomings. 1. The main thing is that the scenery is super beautiful. There are slides for adults and a kids area to play in. There are four or five swimming pools. You can also book an outdoor jacuzzi. Next to it is a beautiful gauze bed like Madai. It is with the hotel next door. Beautiful too. 2. The restaurant is super delicious (compared to another chain recommended by a book, this one is simply heaven, and that restaurant is all praised by Lei). There are dozens of kinds of desserts that are not as sweet as Lei, and everyone in the family You know, it’s heaven to have non-sweet desserts on the European and American menu. Most of the dishes are delicious. The pasta is super fragrant, and there are many kinds of fruits and yogurts. In addition, there are two restaurants that require reservations. There is a seafood barbecue that can be reserved, such as the Japanese-style Egyptian Teppanyaki, which is very fragrant but we did not make a reservation. There is also a very exotic tent. 3. There is a long private beach coastline, which the Glass Sea Hotel can have. There are so many deck chairs on the beach, hundreds of them can lie on them, but there are very few people lying on them. The sea breeze is so comfortable. 4. The decoration of the hotel is similar to that of Manxin in China. The room is very new, there is plenty of hot water, the balcony is beautiful, and the glass windows have locks. Some buildings have not been completed yet, so the price will probably increase after they are completed. It is really worth it. The service staff likes to ask for Fengyoujing as a tip🤣, so I gave him the remaining half bottle. The only drawback is that I got bitten by mosquitoes when I went to the beach at night, but bad mosquitoes are everywhere, and I don't blame this hotel. I didn't encounter any discrimination against Chinese people. At least the service staff were very nice to me. I will stay here again next time."

"Instead of a five-star resort, the room felt more like an upscale chain hotel. The room size was decent, but there were absolutely no amenities! No slippers, no disposable toothbrushes, no shower caps, and the mini-bar was empty. While we always bring our own, previous hotels we stayed at like the Fairmont, Old Cataract, and Steigenberger all provided these things, even cotton swabs and facial pads, which we didn't even use. The front desk's line was that they had given us a free upgrade, but the room we got looked exactly like the pictures of the room we booked. The sea view from the balcony was also obstructed. The pool downstairs was the coldest I've ever experienced in any hotel. It was hilarious watching everyone, mostly foreigners, touch the water and then shiveringly walk away. Only I, as a 'strong Chinese woman,' gritted my teeth and persevered. I was the only one in the water for over an hour… The bathroom sink was designed so poorly that you couldn't place anything on it. The room only had ample space; thoughtful design was clearly lacking. It wasn't entirely without merits; this was the only hotel in our 10-day Egypt trip where we didn't need a power adapter to charge our devices. My companion felt unwell yesterday and didn't want to go down for dinner, so we ordered room service. We ordered 1270 EGP worth of food, and it took 50 minutes to arrive. The bill was 1275.80 EGP, but they charged us 1300 and didn't give any change. And they didn't leave a receipt! We called later to ask for it, and they said 'Ok,' but no one ever brought it to us… It's about 10 kilometers from the airport, and my companion is timid and worried about haggling with taxi drivers, so we booked the hotel's airport transfer for 1190 EGP… a taxi would probably only cost around 100 EGP. All in all, I personally don't recommend it… The Red Sea is beautiful, but if you're not going out to sea and just experiencing the hotel services, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The beach views were limited, and the beach itself wasn't great. My overall impression from this Egypt trip is that hotel front desk staff generally aren't very good. On the other hand, the security personnel, luggage handlers, and pool lifeguards were all very enthusiastic and polite."

"Quite good all inclusive - plan, nice assortment of coctails and food. Only the ala cartes could be better. They serve same food than the buffet but you just get is served to the table. More variance. Also the reservation for the ala cartes is difficult and they are always fullybooked so we couldt even try them all. Waiters seems to serve more the house personnel who weirdly eat with the customers at same restaurant. It didnt feel nice when the cook sit whith his kitchen clothes next to us or the officers with theis suits when you are yourself at holiday mood and dressed accordingly. Usually there is own cantines for workers. Not the best beach, there isnt anything to see compared to some resorts with reefs with lot of fishes but they do have a free golc course (Par3) so it compensates, you cant have it all, can you. Big pool was freezing, even the sea is warmer so if you rely on that one and dont like to sea then you will be dissapointed. We liked the beac more as the pool gives the swimming hall wibes with the dreary tiles. I wish they would make pools more exitng and this is not for Steigenberger but generally. Nice touch that they filled the minibar daily with coke, beer and juices and it was included. They had some kind of evening program but unfortunately it was always in the front of buffet restaurant so you would need to dine there to enjoy it. Why there isnt anything at the beach? Beach parties, disco, dance shows etc. It would be nice! "

"Don't expect much from the room amenities; they're comparable to older Marriott hotels in China. The public areas are beautiful, but the service is mediocre. The breakfast tablecloth was left untouched by a guest eating on the table in front, leaving me to use it. I reported the poor service to the front desk, but they only gave a bland response and didn't take it seriously. For a 2,000 room rate, the service doesn't match the quality; don't pay for this place. It's a Baron Palace, but the waiters are the barons, and the Chinese guests are the targets of his arrogance. The concierge and security were excellent, but the tall, pale, and thin guy in the breakfast room, who spoke ”Hello” in Chinese, was a real letdown for the hotel's service."

"Excellent service, super clean and well-kept garden. Rooms were comfortable and large. Furniture a bit outdated! Unfortunately, evening entertainment was outside under a tent and very cold! There was no playground for children where they could play and would have disturbed the show! Food was good and plentiful"

"Great location, the old town with shops and restaurants is within walking distance, the Zeytona beach island is nearby, you can get there by boat or walk 10 minutes, there is a restaurant on this island with a bar. Great breakfasts. Excellent service everywhere, the guys try very hard, and not under pressure, but from the heart. The hotel is, of course, to put it mildly, ”tired”, it needs renovation, but the efforts of the staff and the location compensate for this))). I will be happy to come back."

"I believe the Meraki hotel is allegedly the No. 1 party central hotel in Hurghada. They have a great entertainment team who makes sure there are endless parties. The staff is always attentive and offers great help when needed. There’s one special person who I MUST give a special shout out to, and that’s Naglaa from the wellness and spa team, she is always smiling and serving an incredibly welcoming energy and has been the kindest to us. Others incredible staff includes Osama from front desk; Shady from the Munchery buffet; and Dasha from the entertainment team too. My favorite spot in the whole hotel is definitely the shisha tent, all of their staff were extremely nice, polite and efficient. The only side note I have is the Greek restaurant, although the staff there is attentive, the food can also use an upgrade, other than that, I would love to come back to this hotel in the future, perhaps with a bigger group so we could enjoy the parties more."

"泄湖景完全是來搞笑的，所謂泄湖就是個小水泡，陽臺中間還隔着一段距離和樹擋着，跟其他評論一樣，存在一定的歧視，但是大部份工作人員還是挺友善的，雖然這本來就是他們應該做的。中間想加錢升級海景，帶我們去看的也還是一個稍微大一點的水泡而已，工作人員告訴我這已經是最好的海景房了，最後並沒有升級，泳池開放時間特別晚關閉時間卻很早，如果要出海這家酒店完全沒必要，吃的甚至不如國內100塊錢人民幣的自助餐，基本都靠吃麪包吃飽的，我們拿行李小費給了一美金態度還可以，同行的另一對沒有零錢了給了10埃磅態度就很差，對於一家五星級酒店這種事不應該發生，還是建議加錢選擇更好的全包酒店，或者普通的全包，想省錢或者出海沒有時間在酒店那就市區選擇一家便宜的就好了，這邊出行也並不方便，最後，我們check out的時候工作人員態度非常好，忘記問他的名字了，當看到我們自己拿行李過來了一直在向我道歉，告訴我他們應該安排擺渡車過來接我們的，海邊和泳池邊工作人員也很好，太陽下山後我們想去游泳，海邊的工作人員告訴我太陽下山後海里很危險，並且開玩笑説會有鯊魚，泳池邊的工作人員很耐心的告訴我泳池關閉了，要消毒，會傷眼睛，總的來説，真的不值這個價"
