Scenic Hotels in Jeju City

"Room was clean The location of the hotel was good. The balcony was small, but it was still big enough to enjoy breakfast during warm weather, and the view was very beautiful. However, I should mention something for people who are sensitive to noise or have trouble sleeping. The hotel is close to the airport, which makes transportation very convenient, but you may hear airplanes at night while sleeping. There is also a large square in front of the hotel where people walk, ride bicycles, walk their pets, and sometimes gather to sing songs together. It’s actually a nice and lively activity, but again, people who are sensitive to noise may want to keep this in mind. Personally, I am not very sensitive to noise, so although I heard the sounds, I was still able to sleep comfortably. Since we were traveling with a baby and using a stroller, the room felt a bit small for us, so I wanted to mention that as well. Overall, the room was clean. However, the hotel no longer provides the complimentary personal care kits (like toothbrush and toothpaste) that used to be common in hotels, so it’s better to bring your own. The shampoo provided was also not very good and there was no separate conditioner, so I ended up buying my own. On the positive side, there are markets right behind and next to the hotel, which was very convenient. The gym was quite small, probably suitable for about five people. There was also a parking issue. The hotel’s own parking area is very small for such a large hotel, so we were directed to park on the street in front of the hotel. It was free, but it may still be inconvenient for families with children. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful."

Some room types are quite spacious by Korean standards. - Equipped with Chinese plugs/sockets, so no adapter needed. - Separate wet/dry areas in the bathroom, with a bidet, and comfortable bedding. - Some sea-view rooms offer a dual view of the airport planes and the ocean. Excellent Service, Flexible & Convenient: - Front desk staff offer Chinese language service, making communication a breeze. - Early check-in is available if rooms are free, and check-out is quick. - Staff actively assist with taxi bookings and shuttle arrangements, and luggage storage is convenient. - Housekeeping is thorough, and drinking water is replenished daily."

"The room matched the photos, and was even bigger than expected, plus there's an elevator. The sea view from the room was fantastic. It was very clean; when I checked out, I saw the room next door being cleaned, and all the bedding and pillows were being completely changed. There are quite a few restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were very friendly. Parking is very convenient, which is a huge plus for self-driving travelers."

"I arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning. Luckily, the front desk staff spoke Chinese, so check-in was very smooth and quick. My first impression upon entering was that it was a bit dim, with not enough lighting. However, the room was incredibly spacious, and the bed was huge, I'd say about 2x1.8m. Plus, having daily housekeeping was a nice touch and made for a very comfortable stay."

"Great location! Fantastic view of the ocean. Great service provided by the reception. There was plenty of parking spaces which was great for us. Staff were very friendly and smiley. There is a convenient store located at the ground floor which was amazing. The downside was, we left a baby pillow inside the hotel room. But the hotel was unable to locate it. The cleaner most likely threw it away without informing anyone. This was quite upsetting as we reported the lost within 2 hours of checking out."

"A must-stay when visiting Jeju Island. The hotel offers a shuttle service for airport transfers, and it's super easy to catch a taxi right outside. The rooms are clean and spacious with excellent views. You can shop, dine, and even enjoy a sauna all within the hotel premises. It's arguably the most luxurious hotel on Jeju Island and highly recommended to elevate your travel experience here."

"I personally like the location. Near to airport. Taxi fare less than 6500won. Bus Stop just outside of the hotel. 7-11 next door too. Didn't try out the breakfast, gym and swimming pool so no comments on that. Understood that 2000won is needed for towel fee if you choose to swim. You can find their 2 wasing machines and 2 dryers at B2. 5000won for washing and 5000won for drying. 500won for a small pack of powder detergent. Thank you to the ajummas that did room cleaning, they were friendly and well mannered. Pretty disappointed with the front desk staff instead, they weren't as friendly as I would hope them to be. The front staff just asked us for our name and the number of luggage and gave as a tag which we need to tag it on our luggage ourselves. and also, the luggage we would have to leave them at the ba Luggage area and collect ourselves once we were done. This can be better managed by the hotel front desk staff than the hotel guests instead. Just a suggestion. Thank you."

"The hotel's location is about 9 kilometers from the airport, but that road to the airport is often quite congested, so you need to plan your time accordingly. **Facilities**: The room was advertised as 40 square meters, but it felt more like 20 square meters in reality, comparable to a budget hotel like an all-season hotel in China. The hotel claims to have a rooftop pool and a rooftop lounge, but it's all a scam. They said it was under maintenance, but when I went to see it, it was just a bunch of derelict stuff. **Hygiene**: It's acceptable. If you're just staying overnight, it's manageable. **Environment**: There's not much of an environment to speak of. The first floor constantly smelled of cooking fumes, which was always present. The hotel is very old, with a strong sense of age. I heard locals like to hold banquets here. **Service**: This is where I need to elaborate. If you say there's no differential treatment, that's simply not true. Despite the entire floor not being fully occupied (meaning I was the only guest), they gave me a room right by the stairwell. There were no other guests on that floor all night. The locals checking in at the same time weren't on this floor either. If you think about it, you'll understand. **Picture 1**: No bottled water. Apparently, they use something else. The front desk staff's English isn't good, and their Mandarin isn't either (they claim to have Chinese-speaking service, but I didn't see it). **Picture 2**: The drainage was poor; you'd be standing in dirty water when showering. **Picture 3**: I paid a premium for a sea-view room, and they gave me this low-floor room with a huge advertisement right outside my window. Everything I've said is a true account of my experience and feelings!"

"There's a gym on the fourth basement floor (B4) and a restaurant on the second floor, though I didn't get to try the latter as I woke up late. Transportation is very convenient, with a bus stop right outside the hotel entrance. There are plenty of dining options nearby, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious, and the sky view from the window was stunning. The TV offered 300 channels. Daily cleaning, complimentary bottled water, a fridge, and bathrobes were all provided."
