"I had bad experience Check in 9pm++ receptionist very unwelcome and rude to us. Got cockroach in the room.. aircond not working well. The room was hot. The shuttel window are broken in front of toilet cannot close becuz difficult to get shower becuz of privasi people can look trough the window..toilet cannot flush ..i call receptionist tell about aircond the tec come only open the air filter but the room still hot .call again operator to link me to the reception she promise to give new room and adress her manager about the issue..i wait half hours notthing happen..i call back nobody answer .it already12pm and im exhausted really pissed off ..i had to go downstairs to see the reception and ask why they not give new room yet .it late and i and my patner was very tired.she rudely say she was too busy .after a few moment they give new room. The manager call to apologise and want us tu stay untl 6pm but i refused to because got work to do in the morning in another place..i really disappointed with the service receptionist .."

"9 years ago i held my wedding in this very hotel, and im back to celebrate my 9th wedding anniversary. We got a little room decoration courtesy of the hotel, and we got a little surprise in the room for us too. We booked Collection Club for the lounge access, the lounge is very comfortable, i’m willing to relax there whole day. Room is clean, the bed is superb, I’m had back pain every morning due to slipped disc, but not with this bed, a really big positive for me. The food very nice, breakfast very nice, friendly staff, friendly manager."

"Good location, clean room, comfortable bed.. and a lot of shopping nearby. Plus if you are a fan of spicy Chinese food... There is a mini China here, Nanjing Street. However, hotel management needs to improve the shower and common bathroom area. Water flowing into the common area as the floor is at the same level."

"there were stains on the linens. no clear instructions whether if i should discard my own garbage, had to ask the customer service about it, if not i guess i would already have been charged from my deposit for not disposing my own garbage? clueless on where to get my grab and had to ask the front desk. front desk informed us to get from the back where the security is located at. the moment i finally got my food, the security guard downstairs were extremely rude, he asked for a picture, told him we didn’t get any picture from the grab, he insisted on having a picture which grab didn’t even provide. raise his voice on me questioning me by “u security ke i security?” he tried to snatch my access card acting as he is a police wanting to bring me to the front desk, i stop him by saying u shouldn’t be snatching anything from my hand. he asked me to fill up my details by thn i was already angry, but i still said ok, he was saying something else on his own mother tongue which leads to my dissatisfaction, assuming he is scolding me in his mother tongue. i told him “don’t try to scold me in ur own language” he immediately kept quiet. i still proceed to write my details for him, and told him to watch his language. he looks aggressive trying to pick a fight. ofc he wasn’t dress appropriately as well having the first button not button up leading to look like a ********. long awaiting time for flight due to the delay, drove all the way from airport and this is what i get 🥱"

"The room is spacious, and the location is great—just a 2-minute walk to the MRT station and 5 minutes to The Curve, IPC Shopping Centre, and IKEA. Shopping and dining options nearby are incredibly convenient. The pool is decent. However, the facilities are a bit old, and the towels are old and yellowed. The buffet breakfast selection is just average; it can't compare to One World Hotel's breakfast. But then again, given the price, there's not much to complain about. If convenience is your top priority, this hotel is a good choice!"

"Spacious room. Nice service apartment with well-equipped kichenette. Monorail is in walking distance (need to cross a mainroad). Eateries and shopping malls in walking distance (about 1km), can walk to avoid jam. But the surrounding appears unsafe at night (many vagabonds around). Complimentary parking for inhouse guest. Value for the money."

"The room was great, very clean. It had good soundproofing, and the area around the hotel was quiet too. The room was really convenient with appliances like a washing machine, microwave, and fridge. The hotel's location is also excellent, with views of the Twin Towers."

"Service could be better. Check in time supposed to be 2pm however we arrived at 4:30pm yet being told that the room was not ready due to technical issues. When asked they told that they were fixing lightings issue. Finally able to check in at 5pm. So in conclusion, it took them 4hrs to fix as i assume that they started from 1pm (as they should be getting it ready for us to check in by 2pm) no apologies no welcome drink no courtesy no nothing. They should be ashamed calling themself 5stars accomodation."

"Very nice place to stay if you have kids. Amenities are full. They provide cooking utensils like pot, pan , knife, scissors and etc. Laundry detergent is provided too! The bath tub is slightly deeper and bigger compared to other hotel’s tub. There are oven, stove, washing machine with dryer, big refrigerator, electric kettle. What impressed me are things they provided are not cheap stuff, its all quality stuff. The bed is super soft and firm, the pillow is firm that you wouldn’t feel backpain / neck pain. Dyson-like hair dryer with super strong wind and right temperature. I’m a frequent travellers, this is the best place i had so far with compatible price. Worth staying, will come again next time !"

"The place is exactly like in the photos. The pool is great, the view is even better. The area is very busy, and I had a tough time going around by car. But that’s a KL problem, I suppose. Elevators are challenging, so I would avoid “peak” hours - like 11 am and 3pm, checkin and checkout times. Totally worth it!"
