"Our room balcony overlooked the infinity pool and the ocean, and at night I could faintly hear the sound of the waves, which was incredibly soothing. Waking up to a morning stroll by the sea was pure bliss. The breakfast spread was excellent, and enjoying it while seated facing the ocean was a truly romantic experience. After a swim, we were treated to a complimentary 20-minute steam bath and sauna at the hotel, which was wonderfully relaxing and rejuvenating."

"The Location isnt within walking distance to anything but very easy to get around to places with a taxi. Staff were friendly and helpful, the resort is big enough to not need to leave for a few days, maybe even a week ! Multiple pools and sunbeds that we didnt have to fight for, drinks and food can be delivered to the sun loungers, even at the beach. The beach club was amazing and has views of the pool and the sunset ! I recommend going there ! It seemed easy for parents to do their thing whilst their kids play in the water and a very safe atmosphere, but also as someone who doesnt have kids, they have enough areas where you dont feel surround by children and families as well. The gym is great ! They also have various classes for adults everyday at different locations around the resort. There are multiple restaurants and happy hour every evening at the beach club. Breakfast was fine - theres variety but also the same options everyday, plenty to choose from but not much day to day variety - the egg station is great ! Any kind of egg any kind of way ! - Just make sure to go early to breakfast because it gets INSANELY BUSY from around 9am , people literally fighting over watermelon chunks. Chocolate hour is really fun ! But again everyone fights for those watermelon chunks even though there are endless plates of them ... but its a free hour with chocolate fountains so not too much to complain about there ! All the restaurants are great and one of them does a different BBQ style buffet meal each evening, theres also live singers and foam parties - theres so much going on and sometimes different every single day ! Had a great time, a really lovely resort overall ! (P.s they even left a birthday cake upon arrival! So kind!)"

"1. The public areas are spacious and beautiful, very relaxing. I really love the ambiance here. 2. Every day at 3 PM, there's 'Chocolate Time' with cookies, cakes, and fruits – a lovely afternoon tea setup. 3. The Kids' Club offers a variety of activities, including free hide-and-seek, coloring, and paper cup flower making. Every afternoon from 4-6 PM, there are outdoor games and archery. 4. There are no towns, dining options, or currency exchange points near the hotel. You'll need an 8-minute taxi ride to the nearest dining area. It's an 18-minute taxi ride to Grand World, Vinpearl Safari, and VinWonders. 5. One of the biggest drawbacks is the poor room facilities, including slow water flow in the sink and a leaky shower. The twin beds are only 1.2 meters wide each, the smallest twin beds I've ever encountered in a hotel. 6. Another major complaint is the staff's lack of service awareness. They don't greet guests, and while the front desk staff at least manage a smile, the breakfast restaurant greeters are expressionless and rude. I even witnessed them being extremely unfriendly and shouting at one family. When guests were unhappy with their assigned table, the staff rudely refused to help, which is truly a rare and disappointing experience."

"The place is very convenient as it is very near the beach(300 meters away). The location is very near to the night market. Around the hotel are also many eateries and spa wellness centre. The breakfast can be improved with more choices and variety. The room may need to do a major revamp or renovation as some areas are quite rundown or old. Overall is a good experience to stay there."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The bungalows are nice and clean, the staff is lovely and helpful, and the gardens are well-trimmed. The food was very good, and the beach area is well-maintained. The swimming pool is especially nice and clean However, the only downside was the sea/water quality. Unfortunately, there was plastic and garbage floating in the water, along with a bad smell. It seemed like waste from the surrounding area was washing up, which was disappointing. The waves were also quite high, making swimming less enjoyable. Overall, I still highly recommend this hotel"

"My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The property was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. However, what made my experience truly unforgettable was the outstanding service — especially from Andy. After I had already left the hotel and traveled to another city in Vietnam, I realized I had forgotten my earphones in the room. Andy went above and beyond to help me. He personally searched for a reliable shipping company, arranged everything quickly, and made sure my earphones reached me just in time before I left Vietnam. His dedication, kindness, and professionalism are rare to find. I am deeply grateful for his help and for the hotel’s excellent service. Highly recommended in every way!"

"Great beachside location with fun pool for families and couples. About 20 minutes drive from night market.  Villas are spread out along quiet beach. Breakfast buffett had good variety of dishes. Staff were very friendly and helpful with organizing outings.  Villa bathrooms are semi-exterior so nature is very close, but I was a bit concerned about possible insects or reptiles."

"I stayed for three days. The location was excellent. The room was a bit small but clean, and the staff were friendly. There was a convenience store nearby, and the infinity pool was on the top floor of the building next door, just a 3-minute walk away. The breakfast and coffee were also delicious. Overall, it was a very satisfying trip."

"We had a wonderful stay at Dusit Princess Phu Quoc and were very satisfied with our experience. The hotel is clean, cozy, and well-organized. Breakfasts were varied and tasty, the swimming pool was perfectly clean, and the rooms were spacious, bright, and very comfortable, with beautiful views of the pool and the sea. Housekeeping was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful without being intrusive. We especially appreciated the discreet and well-managed security service, which made us feel safe and relaxed throughout our stay. The hotel has a clean private beach with plenty of space to relax at any time. There is also a well-equipped gym overlooking the pool, a children’s playroom, and a small shop on the premises, which is very convenient. The location is good — only a 10-minute drive to Long Beach Market and King Kong Market. Overall, the atmosphere is calm and pleasant, without crowds or pressure to purchase extra services. A great place for a comfortable and peaceful holiday. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again."
