We were greeted with a friendly smile from the woman at check-in. The entire staff was great, along with a delicious breakfast. Our kids enjoyed the pool. We traveled by train so parking wasn’t a factor for us.

The room was nice and the staff were all great. It would be great if their televisions had streaming options. I ordered out and there was no silverware in the room. I wasn’t there for the pool or the hot tub so I can’t comment on that. I would stay there again.

We had a couple issues with our room and the staff was incredibly quick and thorough in helping us get them solved. Really appreciated them during a snowy weekend!

everything was great easy and friendly check in staff was helpful. our room was clean and the bedding was clean thank you housekeeping. i also used the pool area which was great with lots of fresh towels. i didn't get to go to breakfast because the amazing curtains had me believing it was the middle of the night. thank you for a pleasant experience

Overall, our stay was good. Since they were short staffed, check in was delayed for over 2 hours. We walked around town and waited. Even after calling before heading back, we were assured it would be ready in 15 minutes, it wasn't. Nothing was comped or offered to us for the inconvenience.
