Just exactly what I'd expect from a hotel at this price. Nothing special but got what I paid for.

One of the down sides of this motel is that there is no elevator to get to the second floor, but the night manager was very helpful and carried some of our luggage up for us. We have stayed here before and it isn't the top of the line, but works for a 1-2 night stay. Breakfast on a Tuesday morning was very sad..... no eggs, yogurt, rolls, hard biscuits! Upside they did have cold cereal and waffles ;-) I had to ask the lady at the front desk if she could find some more biscuits as it was 8:00 and there was really nothing to choose from. They did have sauage gravy and patties and what appeared to be chicken nuggets...I had to even ask if she could make more coffee. The person on the morning shift apparently didn't like that she was in charge of the breakfast setup. Not very friendly, unlike the nice lady at night.
We slept fine, beds were good.

The clerk was not available for check in. She had step away from the building.
The description of hotel should have stated no elevator even if had 2 floors.
The beds were uncomfortable. I had 2 night stay but the room had only towels for 1night.

I didn’t like the cleaning of the room it was dirty I had to ask for cleaning products to clean my own bathroom unacceptable honestly it was dirty by the garbage food was on the wall in multi places. When I brought it up to the front desk they were very nonchalant but best western I feel like holds this reputation of crap service was honestly hoping for different because of the location

Took 5 minutes to get someone to check us in. The bed was as hard as rock, the drywall had a giant crack in to that you could easily get to the pipes for the shower. The tv channels didn’t line up to their on screen descriptions. The room had space to contain a chair to sitting. But no chair was available other than a computer chair. They only had an outdoor pool which is crazy for Northwest Indiana.. So with all of these issue we left after one night for a much better hotel for

Staff excellent, eagerly provided best service. Room very ckean. Breakfast available early so good start to day. Clean area, well stocked with many choices. Definitely recommend & will stay again. Thank you to staff

Our room was dirty and smelled weirdly. The tv was tilted sideways, the sheets has stains, the bathtub was dirty. They only gave us one roll of toilet paper. The floor was dirty. The hallways smelled. The breakfast was not good and it was cold.

Well, the service rep was nice when I arrived and I got the room an hour ahead of the 3 check in time. After that it was all down hill. From the uncomfortable bed to the bathroom dirty crevasses in the shower. Then I tried to phone down and noticed there was no tag on the front of the phone. I had an event happening that same day. All this to say Do NOT STAY HERE.
