Stayed here with 3 single beds in a room; but it was actually 2 beds & a sofa bed. This may be a Trip issue as there was no documenting this was the case. I also had to pay extra for the hotel when I arrived due to tax.
Finally, the aforementioned “sofa bed” wasn’t acknowledged by the cleaning staff as they made the 2 real beds in the day but not mine.
The staff were nice though but to be honest I don’t think I’d come back here again unless the rate was ridiculously cheap.

Room was ok! Customer service was very bad. As if the reception doesn't feel like working. Super unfriendly too. There was no toilet paper so I asked reception to bring it and then she said it has run out, so no toilet paper in stock, room was cold. It's winter so I also asked for a blanket, reception said they'll bring it but no one came. 5 hours later I call back and she said oh sorry I'm bringing it now. I had made a request for late checkout and was not told I have to pay extra.
On check out I was 2 hours late and I had to pay so much extra after going through all this.

We had two short stays at the hotel in two different rooms. We have been here several times before before the pandemic, and the hotel used to be quite good. This time, both rooms had multiple maintenance problems. The first room had the stop of the bathroom sink missing, the in-room safe did not work, and one of the towel racks was broken. Although we asked them every day to fix these things, and they promised every day to do so, they never did (during a 5 day stay). The second room (second stay) had a broken lamp, and some problems with the shower, and drainage. The shower was fixed, but nothing else.

Staff felt bothered by guests and made it very clear that they are not going to provide neither friendliness nor customer service.
