The room was very clean and had no strange odors, and the decor was new. The lobby offered coffee, purified drinking water, and an ice machine. The gym was split into two sections: an equipment area and a swimming pool. Parking was free. I would definitely come back again.

The room was great, very clean and spacious by American standards. The front desk offered 24-hour service, which was excellent. They also had breakfast and a restaurant, which was a nice bonus. Even though it's close to the airport, there was no airport noise.

The room was nice, however it was on first floor and I requested for the top floor but the staff didn’t even have a fake look but said all full which was technically impossible. Early morning it was noisy as just besides the parking lot and the blanket was worse, I was expecting something of this level but it wasn’t even close. The floor was a bit smelly in the lobby and around. probably too old as other low rank hotels has better fragrance and is more appealing. The restaurant inside the hotel was probably my worst experience ever, both the chicken and pasta chicken were so hard, you would probably need a steel teeth for that. I have seen better services in probably one third of the prices so can’t be more honest though. They do offer pick/drop off shuttle service though.

i was stuck in JFK and had to fly to Chicago and thankfully i got a room here , the shuttle was pretty convenient to go to and from airport had a nice stay !
