Comfort Suites Chicago O'Hare Airport

Do not stay here! They have BEDBUGS!!!! We checked in, and checked our rooms as we always do, and the room had bedbugs! We left immediately and spoke to the Very Rude night clerk at the desk who pretended to be shocked and I asked if they actually knew and he said "The weather is getting warmer and that brings out all sorts of things we cant really control!" We told the worker Al he said his name was, to come ip and see for himself and he refused and confiscated our room keys. They offered us another room which was a Big No Thank you, They absolutely Refused to refund us for our 2 nights stay which we Did not even stay 5 mins!!!!! We showed him the bugs on paper towel and he tried to grab it and toss it out before I could get a photo but I did.

Room is clean . Shuttle bus service is excellent. It’s very punctual and helping ro carrying luggages

Rooms are dated, breakfast basic. Shuttle service was great and so was the reception staff

Good as before, helpful 24/7 shuttle and easy check in process good employees and near a couple stores, spacious room I recommend as I did before.

Best thing about this hotel is the complimentary half hourly shuttles to airport, train station, and various places in nearby Rosemont. Rooms are spacious with a separate living area with a sofa and TV set. Comfy bed and pillows.

My second stay was a bit disappointing… The toilet flush motor in the room made noises from time to time. The air conditioner made strange noises when it was idling. In the morning, I noticed the hotel had charged my credit card $25. After inquiring, I learned this was an erroneous charge due to someone else checking in early. Although the amount was refunded immediately, it still left a bad impression.
