Environment: The exterior looks unremarkable, and it's not clear where the entrance is. However, once inside, the facilities are quite well-maintained. There's ample parking right in front of the hotel for $20 a night. Cleanliness: If you don't request otherwise, housekeeping is done every three days and is very thorough. Service: The front desk staff are generally very friendly. Check-in was quick, and all fees were disclosed upfront. The credit card deposit was refunded within two business days.

Best thing about this hotel is the complimentary half hourly shuttles to airport, train station, and various places in nearby Rosemont. Rooms are spacious with a separate living area with a sofa and TV set. Comfy bed and pillows.

The airport shuttle was difficult to book over the phone, so I ended up taking the bus to the hotel. The departure shuttle service, however, was straightforward; I just needed to register at the front desk. The room was spacious, but the hotel is a bit old, and the ventilation wasn't great. The facilities are also dated. Overall, it's still quite suitable for a transit stay.

Close to the airport, the front desk provided me a kind service, the room is comfortable and plenty of rooms for the big suitcase, the free shuttle bus service to the airport is available. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again.

My hotel of choice when transiting at Chicago Airport. It is however very popular. Close to a few bars and restaurants and a supermarket. Standard American hotel breakfast, small gym in the hotel. Excellent airport shuttle service.
