We forgot my daughters phone. We called and they Said we Can Pick it up in reception on Way back home from holiday. When we came back, they Said they dont know anything, they dont speak any english, and there was No phone. I waited for an hours tried to communicate and get phone. This was the 7. July. Today is 10 september, i have called them 15 times, to get them to send the phone. They All say different things. They Said they send it on 14 august, and Will give me track and trace. They still havent. Yesterday they Said they send it to a headquarter in Berlin ?? Which they Will not give me number to. And why send to another place? Why not send to me as i have asked them kindly 30 times. Dont go there, if u forget something, they Will not give it back and they dont speak english.
