Response from Property: Hello travel boch, we really wonder, what we did to you during your stay, that you open a TripAdvisor account specifically to blast us online. We gladly accept criticism, but we would also like to comment on it. If you compare hotels, at least they should be similarly priced to give us a chance. The mentioned hotels are all considerably higher than our room prices. Our rooms are not cheaply furnished, nor do we have plastic doors and windows - these are all solid wood - but are painted white. Our linens are cotton sheets with down comforters bought new 3 weeks ago. Do you mean with tacky stickers the wallpaper in black and white with a local landscape? Well, its okay, if you don't like this style - we do. With the exception of the Aquadome, we have more water surface available for our 100 guests than the mentioned hotels and the pools are monitored at 30°C/ 86°F. I don't think other hotels have (much) higher temperatures in their pools? The jacuzzi has even 37°C/ 99°F. By the way, we are sorry that you didn't like our food at all. Of course, that can happen here and there and also depends on your expectations, but the general feedback about our kitchen is very good. Nd we have 4 main courses to choose from and not 2 in addition to the appetizer, the soup, the salad buffet with around 20 different salads and the dessert (for EUR 19.- per person!). As I said, it's sad, that you saw all this in such a negative way. Would have been fair to give us this feedback personally. Me myself asked you on departure, if everything was okay while I helped bringing your suitcases to your car - unfortunately no negative feedback at all. At least the smile of my employees gave you a little bit feel-good-factor - thank you. I wish you many further great holidays in the other hotels to spend your money and a Merry Christmas.
