Location: Very quiet, located in pur natur, howerver a bit remote from the town. Not in walking distance. Building: Modern but still under construction Rooms: Nice, bright, spacious rooms (superior room). Some minor damages Breakfast: Very good Bar: Not a place to stay with pleasure. Bad service, early closed, no candles or other things to recognise real hospitality. Hotel service: Not existing, not even the room has been cleaned throughout our staying. But cleaning personal loudly laughing and chatting every day starting at 7.00 a.m on our floor Parking: Charging 20€ without providing an alternative. Road ends at parking area.

A retreat with famous and infamous visitors. Angela Merkel, Lech Walenca and Vadlav Havel on the famous side. Fantastic views of the Karconosze mountains. New hotel surrounding the original chalet preserves the magical ambience of the location

Ужасные дамы на ресепшн,которые думают что им все можно.Они будут хамить вам и смеяться над вашими просьбами, называть вас лгунами и не выполнять свои обязанности. Номера старые,они больше похожи на санатории.Завтрак нормальный, персонал в ресторане хороший. Если вы захотите хорошо провести время-ваш отдых испортят, сауна начинает работать в 17 и закрывается в 21, бассейн маленький, все старое

Przyjechaliśmy do hotelu około 11:00 ale nie przeszkadzało nam to bo wiedzieliśmy że zameldowanie jest od 14 :00 , nie było problemu aby zostawić samochód na parkingu i poszliśmy na spacer w kierunku Kruczych skał. Po powrocie z zameldowaniem poszło szybko i sprawnie, zostało nam wyjaśnione co gdzie się znajduję, byliśmy z psem, zostaliśmy poinformowani że na obiadokolację i śniadanie aby psa zostawić w pokoju , co prawda mogliśmy pytać gości o zgodę czy możemy wprowadzić psa ale widomo że ludzie są różni więc wolałem zostawić psa w pokoju , ogólnie hotel jest fajnie położony i dla ludzi szukających i lubiących ciszę, super kręta droga na szczyt. Pokój fajny, duży na powitanie mieliśmy szampana w pokoju, łóżko małżeńskie ,lodówka , balkon i dwa krzesełka, w pełni nam się podobał , obsługa pomocna i uśmiechnięta , jedzenie pyszne i zawsze świeże , całe spa też fajne. Na pochwałę zasługują masażyści widać że to profesjonaliści brawo dla nich .

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Leider sprach das meiste Personal kein deutsch(wie in der Ausschreibung angekündigt). Der Wellness Bereich war auch mangelhaft. Das Wasser im Pool viel zu kalt, die Sauna ging nicht alle Tage. Frühstücksbuffett war sehr gut.
