Wonderful stay with the great room and facilities, great service from the staff, and delicious food.

Great location! Super convenient for getting around the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, and there's free parking with no time limit.

The location is excellent, very convenient and close to everything. The views from the room are beautiful, especially during the day with lots of natural light coming in, which made the stay feel even more relaxing. The room itself was very clean and tidy, which I really appreciated. The bed was comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep, and the bathroom was modern, well-maintained, and also very clean. The TV was a nice addition and worked perfectly for relaxing in the evenings. Overall, everything felt well looked after and in good condition, which made the stay enjoyable and stress-free. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want comfort, cleanliness, and nice views in a great location.

A very clean hotel that is very comfortable to stay and you will have a great night of rest. There are nothing nearby the area. Overall a pleasent stay if you do not plan for dinner or anything anywhere gurantee for good night of rest.

Room was very clean and there is a water dispenser at the lift lobby.

The front desk service was very friendly, and parking was convenient.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel, and I feel compelled to share it. I booked the hotel through Ctrip and had the confirmation number ready. However, when I arrived at the front desk, the staff claimed they couldn’t find my reservation. What was even worse was their attitude—they seemed completely unconcerned, as if it was none of their business, and made us wait in the lobby for over an hour late at night. To make matters worse, Ctrip was extremely proactive all night, trying their best to resolve the issue, which only highlighted how unprofessional the hotel staff were. When we finally got a room, it wasn’t the one I booked—it didn’t include the breakfast I’d paid for, and it was on the first floor, which was not what I’d requested. This is by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I strongly advise others to avoid it.

I booked 2 rooms through Trip.com When I checked in I was told all rooms included breakfast. Great! On our first day my second room was declined breakfast, we were leaving early for a sports game so didn’t worry about it. Day 2 I went down with my booking email, was allowed to sit down but was told to see the front desk after.  I showed the front desk my booking email from Trip.com which showed the details of breakfast (kids under 17 free). The front desk stated they would not honour this because I had booked through a third party. He said if I had of booked direct he would honour it but they do not honour third party extras as they can’t be sure the information is accurate.  To add to Insult they are currently advertising  on their website free breakfast for bookings before a certain date (which we had done).

We booked this place because it’s close to the Puffing Billy railway. It has free parking, good staff, good breakfast and super modern new room. As I know it was built 2 years ago so it’s quite new! Recommend it.
