wifi slow. The front desk staff was not very friendly and the staff who brought the requested items to the room looked up and down uncomfortably. Overall, facilities such as the lobby and pool are luxurious. The location is a bit far from the city center so it is quiet.

We rented a two-bedroom villa which is one of their most expensive rooms. I haven't really high hopes for this stay and the main lobby look very nice, as I'm sure most of the rest of the hotel was. The Villas however are run down, outdated, uncomfortable, and just not appealing in the slightest. There are cabinet doors in the kitchen hanging down, the dishwasher made a horrendous noise, there was a piece of tape on the top of the the door frames to lock the bedrooms, trash under the bed, and the beds were some of the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. I was willing to look past most of that but then when my wife and baby were napping in the room around 1:00 in the afternoon, someone let themselves in to do fire alarm testing without notifying any of us. It wouldn't have been that difficult to send me a text about it which is how they have been communicating up until that point. service was great until I spoke with the manager who did nothing would make excuses and frankly he was highly insulting.

Checked in after a long drive and was given the wrong room and that took 30 minutes to fix. The room we ended up with was dirty with no decor or furniture/ bare.
No robes or bedding for sofa bed.
Early morning 8 am jackhammer noise from contractor was unappreciated. Why place guests in construction area?
Overall facilities are tired unkept, staff is not good at basic accommodation of guests. Better hotels to stay in the area.

I was checked in to a room the maid had not touched yet. We were left in the hall for a 1/2 causung us to be late for our event. Also, son left his medicine and called from desk twice to call us to get it and still haven't heard back. Additionally, it was extremely loud because walls and doors are thin.

The only thing about this property that was a bit annoying was paying for the rooms for my two employees. 1) I had to go there physically to pay for the rooms. 2) The didn't inform me that the resort fee would be put on incidentals versus me paying for them when I was standing at the counter. Pretty ridiculous and would have been embarrassing if the guest had been a client.
