Front desk and owner could not have been more friendly to us made us feel very comfortable from the moment we got here and our second reservation with them they were all the same cute rooms very big would recommends coming here to anyone.

Staff was very friendly. This is more of a couples, singles resort. Having no elevator was an issue multiple trips to the car.

The check-in staff and other hotel employees were very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night but had no issues. The room was clean. Good location. Gated parking lot. I would stay here again.

I was greeted by a friendly and efficient woman at the front desk. The lobby was well appointed and offered a bar and food service. My room was clean and comfortable. I had easy access to my room and able to park at the door. I appreciated the gates entrance to my room for added security.

Upon checking in we were told about a previously undisclosed $25/night (plus taxes) "destination fee". The prices of these rooms are not as listed. It appears to be a way to subsidize their onsite restaurants as you are forced to spend money there if you want the $25 back in food and drink credit. As a consumer, I hate this practice. Just tell me the price of the hotel room so I'm not surprised. This fee was not there last year so buyer beware!

The property is in a very convenient location. Was disappointed in the service, My itinerary stated that check-in was at 3, when I arrived they told me it was 4 and our room wasnt ready, finally got in a 4:20, we had a party at 5 to get to so was very rushed. On our second night there we got to our room about 10 and it had been cleaned but no towels were left for us. there was no phone in our room to call and ask for some.
