the hotel on the outside seemed fine but on the inside you would have thought the rooms were rented by the hour due to the poor condition of everything. over half of the lights in the room didnt work. the carpet did not go all the way to the walls. the door trim was installed with sheet metal screws.. i would not stay here ever again,

Construction going on, website lies about amenities, there is in an outdoor pool and no hot tub on property. Construction is loud and the property was super dirty because of the construction and we killed several cockroaches in our room.

pool was indoor freezing wasn't heated no hot tub. hotel under construction was not mentioned at all. Our floor and room smelt like chemicals and floor glue. AC didn't work just a terrible place couldn't wait to get out and waisted money on this place. didn't get a refund. just horrible!!!

Room spacious & updated w/many electrical receptacles & usb ports. Vanity needed better lighting instead of glaring overhead direct light. Bath fixtures, tub & doors need work. Appreciated the fridge & microwave.
Construction crew should make some attempt to clean up @ the end of the day.
Breakfast was an absolute joke. We knew it would be continental, but was 1 of the worst. To top it off, there was no place to eat it - not a surface to set anything on. We had to juggle our “food” & take it back to the room, making any refills impossible, not that any were desired.

The area around the hotel was great. The hotel was okay, too much remodeling going on, which made it difficult to sleep. We were not told that there was remodeling going on and they put us on the floor where all the remodeling was going on. Pool water was cold as well. The room itself was decent and clean but everything else outside wasn’t. Staff was nice and attentive. Overall false advertising because the hotel doesn’t look like in the pictures.

Nothing on the website is accurate. Booked specifically for the indoor pool and hot tub. The pool was freezing and there was no hot tub. The tv didn’t work right at all, the front desk person had to come turn it on but we couldn’t change the channel after a bit.

as soon as the renovations are done the hotel will look alot more inviting from the outside. excellent stay nonetheless.
