The property is 5 Diamonds in every way. Location central to all of Scottsdale. Grounds are beautiful and the housekeeping staff is excellent. All appointments in the spacious rooms are premium down to the leather box for the TV remote. We ate breakfasts in the Ironwood Grill and the food and service were 4 star. Best of all, the service and friendly staff elevated this resort to top level. This was the first time at the Princess; it won't be our last.
The hotel room is relatively large, and breakfast is included in the room rate. Although it is relatively simple, it is OK. There are two hotels connected together in the hotel area, and the other hotel is more business-like...

This is our go to place for our annual staycation during the summer. It's a wonderful resort. They have wonderful pools. They also have an ”adult only” pool if you want to relax away from the kiddos. To add to our wonderful experience was the Bird Man from Liberty Wildlife. On the 4th of July he had Aurora, a huge beautiful female bald eagle. You are able to take a picture with Aurora and as she is lifted up behind you she spreads her gorgeous wings! On other days he might have a hawk or an owl. The live band in the pm was fun too! The picture I posted here of the Bird Man is from Google. The eagle he is with is beautiful, but not Aurora. 💜
Pool and hot tub closed....no water with no alternative off options from 9am-7pm. Had to drive an hour and a half back just to shower and use Restroom. Which was the whole purpose of my stay to avoid the drive

Very Good
GGuest UserIt is a hotel under Marriot, very new and clean, the room is not small, the layout is also quite good, there is a separate coffee station and direct drinking water.
The only drawback may be that the air conditioner is a bit loud, and it will be a bit noisy at night if you live near the road.
The surrounding environment is very good, there is a parking lot at the door, and I encountered 2 classic cars by chance, which seems to be in the office building area. There is a park to the north, and the roadside greening is very well done. There is also a supermarket 5 minutes drive away, which is very suitable for purchasing food and the price is relatively cheap.
GGuest UserExcellent hotel. There was a problem with the keycard machine so they could not make our keys. However, the staff came to open the door for us each time with a smile. Although the checkout time is 11am the staff allowed us to stay till 12:30pm.
Although not a resort, it has an ambience of a resort (with no resort fees!!)
GGuest UserNice new hotel. The beds were not made everyday, when I asked at reception why not, they said it is Hilton policy to just pull the sheets up !!! I’ve never heard such a thing !! Told sheets would be changed after 3rd night, but they were not. Tissues not replaced when empty. Maid service was very disappointing, but everything else was good.
AAilinI am used to great hospitality, I am from Malaysia, but staff from Comfort Inn exceeded our expectation. They went above and beyond regular service when they had to evacuate our things while we're still conferencing. The care and mindfulness of their housekeeping staff was truly commendable. Thank you most sincerely.
DDermot. CMany positives and a few negative depending on how you look at it.
First off, all at the reception desk we're very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and spotless clean. The surrounding area has a lot of offer as it's right next to a beautiful river and the ASU campus. The only real negative about the hotel is that it might not suit a light sleeper as it's beside the freeway. The breakfast was tasty but could do with some more options.
Actually I was very impressed with the area. I came to Arizona for the 2024 Mesa Marathon and will definitely return again and probably use this hotel again.
GGuest UserThe hotel was very conveniently located for us right next to Scottsdale airport where you could watch the planes landing , but not noisy in hotel. The room was a suite that was huge. The small kitchen was great. The best part of the stay was the fantastic free breakfast. The man and woman in charge of the breakfast made our stay delicious. The homemade lemon cake and cinnamon buns were out of this world. There also was bisques and gravy, ham, cereal fresh fruit etc. would definitely stay again. Thank you!
TTheodore WightA brief getaway with another couple. The facilities are clean, well kept up and wonderful. The service people are nice, friendly and efficient - moving quickly and fast. Each of the several that serve us were very helpful. The food was quite good and plentiful. All in all, we'll visit again.
GGuest UserThis was our 2nd time staying here, enjoyed the pool and bar as well as the 2nd pool area for the Grandkids. Did some putting but it was very hot so we did not spend much time away from the pool. The first accommodations we were assigned to stay in was not up to par we were able to move to an updated room which was perfect. Definitely would stay again
GGuest UserThe staff was very friendly the rooms were clean and they were very accommodating I was very fortunate to be able to be helped by Katie at the front desk she was very accommodating when I requested a room with a hot tub because previous night they were not available. And a bonus I was right next to the pool. Definitely will come back!
