Terrible service was horrible got sick from pool had crazy people out side my door

Not soo good but acceptable, not smells good, pool not too big

The hotel is currently undergoing a remodel. As a frequent guest, I have to admit it needed it. It was a relic from the 80s and now seems to be far more modern. Old obviously hotel print carpets are now replaced with a sleek modern marble tile in the lobby. They are operating without an official front desk as that is being remodeled too. The amenities are still available during the construction. The service is still friendly and accommodating. The staff all seem to be very excited about changes. I really have nothing bad to say about my experience. Maybe the parking is a little far. But only because the spaces close to the building fill up fast. I am in town often and stay at the days inn often because they are very responsibly priced. Now, with these new upgrades I feel like I am staying at a much higher end hotel.

I’ve said in the past at this hotel and they have gone through major renovations and even their park lot is newly paved. From the minute I walked in on this visit I was greeted by Jennifer at the front desk who was amazing and accommodating. The hotel had new carpeting and fresh paint and the rooms were very clean. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. If you have a chance to stay I would recommend it and a bonus to your stay is there’s a pool which is well taken care of

Went to scranton for a family get together, was good to stay at this hotel, nice rooms and best in the town for the value. would stay again. Rooms were clean and updated. good staff and accomodating. Breakfast was good, take and go. pool was good as well.

Beautiful and budget friendly hotel. Nice swimming pool, very nice hotel for the price I paid for. Hotel staff was very courteous and provided extra pillows upon our request. There was some renovation taking place, I am sure it will make Hotel even more better for the price that they charge compared to the competition in the neighborhood.

Was very skepticalafter reading reviews but due to cheap price still went and booked. I can say we did not faced any issues. Our room was clean and enjoyed pool and hut tub as well. Very friendly stuff. Plenty of parking spaces. Breakfast was at days Inn level. Overall it was good stay.

Very nice stay, helpful staff. Clean and peaceful room. Very good hotel for the price I paid for two nights stay. Initially I was skeptical but when tried it myself I had a good experience. Breakfast ok but the swimming pool and clean room were important and it was a smooth stay.

The room smelled like smoke, there were cockroaches and what looked like a vomit stain on the deck chair.The lock on the fire didn’t work properly and even though we ensured the door was properly closed when we left, the cleaning staff didn’t as when we returned the room was unlocked. The breakfast was terrible, it was advertised as starting at 6:00, we went a 6:30 and saw oatmeal and cereal with no bowls, a little while latter we saw a staff member putting out store bought donuts which is apparently considered a breakfast.

Hotel was great. Clean rooms, bathrooms were clean, staff was a pleasure to work with. Pool was great and nice and warm. Good breakfast, and most importantly, amazing Mountain Views. Convenient to shopping and highways and drive in theatre is across the street.

Was here for a work trip, stayed for 2 nights and it was wonderful. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, grab and go. Coffee 24 hours. Staff was very helpful as I had some questions with directions. Plenty of restaurants around and close to major highways. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great. Clean rooms and good to have a pool. Breakfast was good too. Good views from the 4th floor of the mountains. Good location, near shopping and restaurants and very close to all major highways. Staff is great as well and they are very helpful.

Very friendly front desk person. Very nice swimming Pool and hot tub as well. They also have onsite bar and restaurant which stays open very late. Breakfast is ok for days inn. Huge Parking lot. My room was clean and bigger then other hotels I experienced.

Bed was comfortable. AC was really cold. Quiet and chill. Enjoyed the bar. The pool was nice. Fell in love with the front desk guy. Ralph. He was very charming. Will stay again.
