Not impressed. We left a jacket in the closet and called to have them retrieve it for us and they didn’t call us back and said that they couldn’t find it. The cleaning staff went into our room must after we left. So, in other words they took our coat and lied to us. We will never stay here again.

The staff were all great and helpful. The room was clean the entrance was clean. There breakfast bar was the best meal I had will I was visiting seaside.

This is a basic hotel. The rooms were small but had what was needed. As a light sleeper i did struggle with the traffic noise and the noise from the wind whistling in the shut window. It must not have a great seal.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed very confortable. I enjoyed the hot breakfast and coffee. Thank you for a great experience.

Conveniently located off 101 and rooms were clean and comfortable -
Our room was right beside the main entrance so was noisy in the morning (breakfast and check out).
Front desk gal very nice and helpful.

Staff were very nice, room could use some up dating. shower head was low flow almost like a slow dripping. Not conducive for a good cleaning of ones self. Wife decided to wait till we got home.

The Quality Inn is positioned nicely between Seaside and Cannon Beach . It offers plenty of parking and not the astronomical prices of other beach properties . It is still spendy this time of year !! The room was clean, loved the bed and sheets ! The bathroom could have had more counter space , but then we were two women sharing a room and can there ever be enough counter space ??LOL. The tv was on the small side , but we did not watch much tv. We can live with the small shortcomings . The coast was fantastic and we made the art event that we wanted to see , so it was well worth it !

Room 101 should be a discounted price given the noise level. I barely slept. In addition, the refrigerator did not work nor did the heating/cooling system so it was much too warm. The pillows were truly awful (I’m using the term pillow liberally for something that was stuffed into the pillowcase.) That sai, it was clean & the person who checked me in was pretty good.
