Our stay at the lodge was comfortable and convenient, with easy commuting options. The affordable pricing was a definite plus, making our experience enjoyable. However, we noticed that the bathroom floor lacked a doormat or carpet, which would have been helpful to avoid the cold surface. Despite this minor detail, we had a pleasant overall stay.

Room was fine, a little outdated, but for the price it was decent. Provided toiletries were empty and the walls are pretty thin, but again, for the price, it was ok.

The Hotel Host was very friendly and greeting me within a few seconds of entering the front office.
However, the room was much less than I had expected. I felt a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the floor and sink area.

The shower water didn’t get hot as well as no shampoo and conditioner. Towels were dirty and the bedding had ironing burns.

The room was fine. It is on a main street and a bit louder than some places, and the TV, Coffee machine, and microwave shared an outlet without a power *****, so you had to unplug something to use another, but on the whole everything was in good condition, clean, and good location for access to Monterey.

We never received any housekeeping services. We had to change our towels ourselves. There was a hole in the wall, one of the wood window was broken, the toilet was loose everywhere and the sheets and blankets were old and stained.

We had a quick overnight stay and for our needs it was fine. The beds were a little small for my husband and I but it wasn’t an unpleasant stay. We’d book again!

Stayed overnight. The front desk staff was helpful. But the property condition was a bit rough: missing plate in the microwave, missing smoke detector on the ceiling and the toilet was wobbly when you use it. The walls were so think can definitely hear the neighbors. Most occupants seem to be staying there for longer period of time. Didn’t really get a good rest. The most affordable within the Monterey area so I guess you get what you paid for?

The stay was okay. There could definitely be a better housekeeping service. And it would be great if they were able to respond to messages in a more timely manner.
