Tacoma International Airport
A new hotel which is trying to copy the ALT hotel group but this one just doesn’t cut it! Where do I begin? Atrocious check in experience, it’s impossible to hear the staff due to the noise coming directly from the bar! Its dark and dingy. The desk is the size if a postage stamp so when there’s a line up it is quite uncomfortable not to mention completely non-private! Hallways stink of a musty wet carpet smell. Rooms are large enough but ironically have only ONE light switch which turns ALL the lights on! This is just crazy, I got up to use the bathroom in the night and had to use the light on my phone since I didn’t want to wake my room mate. Not to mention shower by phone light in the morning. Whoever thought that was a good idea? By far the worst thing about this hotel is that they have reversed the traffic flow in the car park! Simply madness! Is it even legal to do that??? I had to park in there because there were no spaces outside. All the time worrying someone might run into me on the ‘wrong side’ of the road. Try and explain that to a rental car insurance company!! Do yourself a favour and avoid this hotel, there’s plenty if other better options at SeaTac.

The location of the hotel is good. It should be the closest to the airport in many hotels. With luggage, you can always go A, and cross the road to the hotel. Remember to press the traffic light button, otherwise you will be silly. The hotel is modern in decoration. The bed was comfortable. Older beds are larger than Nordic hotels. The hotel has a swimming pool, but our door was not used. There are restaurants, but no one goes around 10am. Went to 13COINS restaurant on the right side of the door. Open 24 hours. There was no one at the door. We ordered a Benedict egg and the other did not understand what it was. But come and see that it is still Benedict's egg. Turn right at the hotel and walk forward to the light rail station LINK. Easy access to downtown Seattle. Ticket machines for $ 6 for a full day ticket. $ 3 one way. Then you can take the bus to THE OUTLET COLLECTIONS near TACOMA. We go according to the bus system shown on the apple map. well. Take the line A (because line A is just here) at the bus station opposite the road. Actually you can take line 574. Go to FEDERAL WAY TRANSFER CENTER and turn to No. 181. 2.75 yuan pass, no ticket for transfer. It's good to spend time there before flying. There are shopping and restaurants.

Tacoma International Airport
After checking in the clerk goes we requested a handicap room, which we didn’t, and even the parking lot was setup poorly. When we got to the room it was average looking for a Motel 6. We just needed to drop off the bags before we went to grab something to eat. When we got back to the room is when the main negativity started. First I called because they provided two pillows that are flat. I called the front desk and asked for pillows, the girl said that they have only one available. This seems odd that a motel has only one pillow available, but I asked if they could bring that one to our room. She then said she couldn’t, and they actually don’t have any pillows. I was a bit frustrated, but figured we would deal with what we have. I then went to take a shower and the shower head was laying in the poor looking tub. So I fixed that quick and they supplied two small bars of soap and no shampoo or conditioner. They also do not offer transportation to the airport, which I assumed was something all hotels would have this close to the airport. This place is poorly managed, organized and overpriced. It is worth paying a few dollars more to stay at a place that offers a shuttle, pillows, and cleaning products for your body.

Tacoma International Airport
Rooms were clean and fairly comfortable. Fitness room small but adequate for workout before travel. Parking lot did not feel secure and there was a car broken into when we returned from our trip. Breakfast was amazing.

Tacoma International Airport
We stayed here two separate nights (second night due to airplane delay) at start and end of a short road trip in April. We arrived late from Honolulu (nearly midnight) and were greeted by a very friendly lady called Melissa who checked us in and pointed us to the right direction for the car park. We were also given water and chips (crisps to you UK folk) complimentary (as a Hilton Honours member). The car park is free, secure and large. The rooms (we had one each) were large, clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were good (for a free breakfast) and filling. We walked from the airport on the second visit - 15/20 mins with suitcases. There is a free shuttle service to and from the airport and also to/from Angle Lake (for rail service to downtown Seattle). On the second day the hotel sorted our cases after check-out for several hours to allow us freedom before going for our flight. Great experience- would stay here again

We stayed there on May 1st and honestly out of all the hotels we stayed in during our road trip through Canada, this was the WORST. I will NEVER stay here again no matter how desperate. The only reason we stayed here was their sign advertised $59.99 and after driving for 14 hours from Oregon and beyond exhaustion this seemed like a good deal. I really wished I had taken pictures. So I was disappointed when I discovered that my stay was going to be over $80 but because there were 3 of us and we were all exhausted we decided to purchase the room anyways. The bed had obvious stains on it and cigarette burns on the top blanket. I slept in my clothes that I had just worn all day because I didn’t feel comfortable changing into clean clothes for these beds whose cleanliness was very questionable. When I did decide to take a shower the next morning the towels were extremely thin and also had random stains on them and they only seemed to have 3 “bath towels” for a room that could sleep 4 which was odd but whatever. I also thought it was quite ridiculous that for the price tag the room did not have a fridge, microwave, and did not have any complimentary shampoo/conditioner, just a bar of soap but whatever. I will never stay here EVER again and will definitely more thoroughly plan out my motel/hotel stays for road trips before just randomly jumping into any room. Don’t stay here.
