Great location and very convenient for getting around. The facilities are a little dated, but the service is very prompt. The restaurant downstairs is delicious.

Can't say that I would stay here again. First, the positives: Great location close to Pike Place and the train to get to Lumen. Front desk staff on arrival and leaving were friendly. Now the negatives: Sent an email a week ahead that never got answered. Ended up calling 2 days before arrival and asked about early check-in. No option for early check-in guarantee but was told "wouldn't be a problem" to check in 2 hours earlier than the 4:00 standard. Finally got an email at 4:05 that our room was ready. Needless to say, it really messed up our plans. Second, walls are paper thin. Had some influencer type wake us up at 1am recording his vlog or whatever. The one pair of free ear plugs just didnt cut it. Thirdly, I understand it is an old building but the upkeep and maintenance was lacking. Fourth, absolutely no clothes storage at all. Fine for an overnight stay but for multi-night stays, it got tiring living out of the suitcase. Fifth, parking is $45 a night to self-park a block away. And finally, not sure if they are the same owners but the bar/restaurant downstairs for guests had HORRIBLY slow service. Definitely not a perk to staying here. All in all, 2 stars. Won't stay again.

When we went to stay there the pictures did not match online. The shower head attached to the wall was coming off and when asked what they could do about it (the shower head coming off the wall and the pictures not matching online) they didn't offer an alternative room and said they couldn't repair the shower head until after we leave because of how long the caulking takes to dry. The walls were painted white and was on the carpets as well. I would not recommend staying here.

Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The room was freezing when I arrived, and the heater was so old it barely worked. I ended up calling the front desk several times between 9–11 PM just to get a portable heater, which was really frustrating. On top of that, the room didn’t feel clean and was very outdated. There were even mosquitoes, which was the last thing I expected in April. A lot of things were clearly not maintained—the shower head, the plugs, and other parts of the room just didn’t seem properly fixed. The sink barely had any water pressure, and the windows wouldn’t fully close, so you could hear all the street noise (even with earplugs). Flushing the toilet was unbelievably loud, honestly louder than launching a rocket. The power also cut out right after I used the hair dryer, which just added to the overall experience. Parking was expensive and not very convenient when it came to getting to the rooms. The only positives were the great location, a nice view, and decent breakfast. But overall, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, offering assistance whenever needed and making me feel truly welcomed. The room was spotless and very well maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The facilities were also excellent, with everything thoughtfully provided and well organized. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
