It's located halfway between the Space Needle and Pike Place, and you can walk to both, so it's very convenient.
The rooms are clean, spacious, and have all the amenities.
The room I stayed in was connected to the next room by a door (it was locked and couldn't be opened), and it was noisy as the room next door was rattling around trying to open it.
Breakfast is nothing cooked at the hotel, just refrigerated burgers, bread, yogurt, Boiled* and fruit from Costco.
There are cafes in the area that are open from morning, so we recommend eating breakfast somewhere other than the hotel.

It was near to downtown of Seattle, but there were too many dogs in the hotel, and carpet were very dirty, Aldo the shower was clog and the water did not go through.

The only thing I disliked was how sheer the front curtains were. Our room looked straight into an Amazon office and the curtains were dang near see through and didn’t block the light from the building

It was an excellent stay. Soon as we landed and seattle and got to La Quinta, Nathan the front desk was very helpful and friendly which made the first night excellent. When we come back to Seattle we will always book with la quinta.

There were so many dogs around here! I loved it. It was also walkable to many places and easily accessible by train and bus.

Not very satisfied for the two nights stay. The hotel was old, and the smell was not good. The breakfast was also not recommended.

Staff was friendly, location was great - walked to all the city attractions I was interested in seeing, room was clean. Not fancy but functional. Breakfast was included and had a variety of options. One thing if you drive there’s an additional fee for parking, which I missed when making my reservation.

I liked the location of this property. It was easy to get tp by city bus from the bus/train station. There is a bit of street noise, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. I felt safe here and got to everywhere I wanted to go on foot and by bus. The breakfast is ood and there are lots of pptions.

Good location and it’s walkable to all location we wanted to visit. Also, secured parking was a plus for us and rate is the cheapest in that area.
