Cozy hotel in the suburbs, surrounded by trees and greenery. Very close to the bus stop, which takes 20 minutes to reach Times Square. Monotonous breakfasts and longer stays may not be enough. Fortunately, there are tons of restaurants and bars around, including Dunkin Donuts and Subway. Rooms well decorated and pleasant. More importance could have been attached to cleanliness. Great Internet. I recommend

It took me three requests to get a working iron. A light on the bathroom only had a few bulbs working. Overall it’s an average Residence.

Overall great stay with excellent service but the pullout bed was not remotely comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful with directions, extra towels and stashing our bags for a few hours after checkout while we enjoyed one more local site.

We stayed for 3 nights including christmas eve . I did not saw a chriatmas tree there. Many families with kids. The breakfast was to poor and crowed . We hardly found a place to sit after 20min waiting.
The location was good it takes 40min to NYC. There was a starbucks and restaurants near. Parking was free.

This is a good place I recommended if you want to visit NewYork. There is bus 320 close the hotel,$4.25/person each 15 mins.
The room is good, sofa bed is also good for two; Just shower is little worse. Others are ok,no complaints.

It was pleasant staying the hotel, but i had a very bad experience with one hotel front desk people when I check out. She was on personal phone call at the front desk, and did not serve me or other person waiting patiently until her phone call is over. Since it was last moment of my hotel stay this time (12/22) noon, I got a bad impression of hotel. Everything else was great, so I was so sad to that had to have the experience my way out.

Well to start with the TV was not working but was fixed immediately by the house engineer. Huge leak in the entrance area which the girl on duty could not handle.
General indifferent attitude of staff, Not busy and empty. Staff more often than not at the front desk. I will go back to the Residence at Port Imperial going forward.
