Location is closer to the subway station. I was expecting a buffet breakfast but got disappointed it was the regular oat,hot chocolate and coffee

It was not good experience with price I have paid. 1) There are bedbugs and cockroaches in room , please see pic attached. 2) if you think coffee and muffins are in breakfast. No full breakfast they are cheating in name of breakfast. 3) hotel is near road and highway whole night you will hear noises. 4 ) elevator was not working. I want I get full refund of my money

Very average hotel, breakfast can be ignored, breakfast is small bread (similar to domestic Daliyuan small bread) + coffee
