Well to start I paid for a room with 2 beds and a sofa bed for $358 breakfast included
I was disappointed with the beds and the sofa, they smelled very bad and the sofa had blood stains and then the breakfast was only coffee and bread, that's all, what kind of hotel is that???
I went to reception and they moved me to another room and they told me that they would refund me 50% because of the poor condition of that room, I'm still waiting for it.

#negative #I was disappointed with the Safety, Nearby Shops, Natural Light in the Room, Corridor Soundproofing, Hotel Smell, Location; too poor. The breakfast was all wrapped in plastic and was thrown away after one bite. Indescribable taste.
The room is very old and smelly.
There were mice in the room during the day.
It's been almost a month and I still haven't been refunded the room fee for that night.

The hotel is functional, to say the best. If you need to stay a few nights to get in and out of NYC, this place works. The fire alarm goes off without reason at least 48 hourly, and it's loud. The rooms, bed, toilet has not been refurbished in a long time. Breakfast is pure basic, coffee, oats and granola bars. The kitchenette is a plus. Bus to NYC is a plus. Staff are great.

The proerty was updated. Shower faucet needs help. It was hard to work. To operate it, they need a signs and it is very loud for traffic is close. If you are an early riser, great. Not meI like to sleep in esp.if I am on a trip. .

Pool was closed , vending machines Is we're out of a lot of stuff , Never came and changed our sheets at all or are towels. We were very disappointed with the money we spent for this place.

I’ve utilized an Extended Stay in the past and this location by far was a complete disappointment. You had to pay for items that you needed for the kitchen area. The carpeting has spots all over it; it was not what I expected at all.
The area near lay offered options for eating and shopping and NYC was about 35-40 minutes away with traffic at 9:30AM.
Lastly, my daughter left an item in the room that the housekeeping staff chose not to turn in and keep. Very disappointed with this stay.
