Well to start I paid for a room with 2 beds and a sofa bed for $358 breakfast included I was disappointed with the beds and the sofa, they smelled very bad and the sofa had blood stains and then the breakfast was only coffee and bread, that's all, what kind of hotel is that??? I went to reception and they moved me to another room and they told me that they would refund me 50% because of the poor condition of that room, I'm still waiting for it.

#negative #I was disappointed with the Safety, Nearby Shops, Natural Light in the Room, Corridor Soundproofing, Hotel Smell, Location; too poor. The breakfast was all wrapped in plastic and was thrown away after one bite. Indescribable taste. The room is very old and smelly. There were mice in the room during the day. It's been almost a month and I still haven't been refunded the room fee for that night.
