Black mold in the bathroom - on the ceiling and wall above the shower. Look up and you will see it. I was concerned about the air I was breathing while using the bathroom. I am a bald man and I didn’t appreciate seeing the long strands of hair left over in the bathroom from the previous person. The mattress was well past due and destroyed my back after only two nights. The beds also slide all over the floor. If they had carpet this wouldn’t happen. The synthetic wood floor was dirty and left my white socks black after only a few minutes of walking without shoes. The rainfall shower head is nice and the water pressure was good. The mirror is very nice with the built in light and anti fog system. The sink faucet when turned on sprays everywhere when brushing your teeth, washing your face or your hands. It’s a poor combination of sink and faucet. The refrigerator did not work at all and the TV was very old and dimly lit - even after adjusting the settings. I am not visiting the coast to watch TV but at least give me something to look at when it’s raining outside. Walls are not well insulated and I could clearly hear the conversations of others from either side of my room. This is property is not for intimate occasions. The staff were friendly and because they were sold out, I didn’t raise a stink while visiting as there was nothing they could do for me. Mold removal takes longer than just a brief wipe down.

Didn’t liked it too much. The shower was horrible. The water pressure was very low converting a 10 minute bath to 30 minute bath.

I reserved a beach view room. My room was ground level and the first view was of the parking lot (my car conveniently out front), the second view was of the highway (very noisy) and then finally the beach. It wasn't worth the extra $. Room was recently renovated, it looked good, but the quality cheap and not standing up to the wear and tear of a hotel room. Blinds were flimsy, broken and did not keep out the light. Coffee maker didn't work, VERY MINIMAL dishes in kitchenette (a wine glass would have been nice). Hosts were nice enough to help me change rooms, the second room was only incrementally better.

Everything was good air conditioner was great. Comfy bed, could use with out the wheels tho. All around still great.

he location is great but these should not be called villas. The property has had a superficial renovation, but the roof leaks and the walls are paper thin. Lots of noise from the neighbours and the parking lot. Had to switch the fridge off at night, it was so loud, as well as the air conditioning.

#1 was right facing the water and boardwalk which was nice. Parking right out front the door. For the space that was there, it was utilized well (2 bedrooms, 2nd bedroom through a sliding barn door). Recently updated, so it was nice in that regard. Wall mounted AC unit was loud, but didn't bother us. Was nice that it was dog friendly, however in the ******* listing it didn't mention at an additional fee ($20/night), but luckily I noticed it on the hotel website and messaged them notifying we're bringing our dog.
