The Originals Boutique, Hôtel Bulles by Forgeron, Lille Sud (Qualys-Hotel)

As part of the summer in the stars we discovered the restaurant and the hotel...the room was certainly small but very clean and comfortable...have a good rest the hotel is quiet...and the restaurant is a treat. chef ensured the dishes are excellent and the desserts a marvel.... we had an excellent stay to repeat without problems.. the breakfast lady super welcoming thank you to all the staff...

Dirty cleanliness 0! Do you end up with a smaller room than the one you paid for because they give it to other guests as excuses? there is not any!! Refund? why do we offer you frozen breakfast with staff who pull their faces and moan in the morning and breakfast is not even ready when we go down!!

I have been there several times. My husband and I loved the place and the dishes. We went there this week. We were disappointed. Smaller quantity than before. And we are not happy at all. We won't go back there again.

Modern and clean hotel. Bistro disappointing because it is expensive and with a quality of service that really leaves something to be desired...

We chose the room with the hot tub, a pleasure! The bathtub is just top, a real moment of relaxation. Spacious room just enough not to step on it. Clean, quiet. Friendly staff, very welcoming and attentive. Nothing to say we will come back with pleasure! We also tried their gourmet restaurant, UNE TUERIE!! Small flat small car park which can only contain 3 or 4 large cars max

Very good stay! Just a little noise in the morning (we got up late, so this may explain it..) The curtain fell on Friday, by Sunday it was still not repaired! However, we slept really well, the bath was very pleasant! The cleanliness is perfect, I have never experienced such a clean place The characters are extremely polite, attentive and helpful

We booked a 4-night stay in the Hotel Auberge du Forgeron in June for the month of September, via the hotel.com website. We have 3 confirmations by email from the hotel website. com for a superior double bed room with spa. Arrival on September 27, the parking lot is very small. 4 places max. Fortunately there are places on the street. Bad surprise, the hotel did not have our reservation. The man who welcomes us is smiling, and tells us that the hotel is almost full but that he will find a solution. First night we were "upgraded" to a rather spacious room with a large bed and a spa. Pleasant room with coffee machine, good bedding. In the evening we have an explanation for the reservation. The hotel changed its computer system and they did not report our reservation in the new software because I quote "we did not go back that far in the reservation emails because we never have reservations taken that early." 2nd night very small room with a tiny bathroom with shower. Dust in several places, significant noise from the air conditioning, outside noise, light all night coming under the door. Nights 3 and 4, more spacious room with spa but bad surprise they are twin beds. You can hear your neighbor a lot through the walls. Dust again in certain places and a bathroom door which does not close because it is warped. Smiling and polite staff. Good bedding
