WA XU GRAND HOTEL

The quality lives up to its reputation. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was excellent. We were even offered complimentary hot black tea upon arrival. It's perfectly located for getting around, dining, and shopping. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel is super close to the Golden Horse ticket office, which is a huge plus when you're at high altitude – every step saved counts! There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it convenient for meals and stocking up on supplies. Golden Horse Square is right across the street, which is really handy. Plus, with armed police patrols, it feels very safe. The internet here is decent too, so no need to worry about that. If you're feeling extra cautious, you might want to bring some cash. One thing to watch out for: there are often people on the street asking you to scan QR codes to give them money, so I'd advise keeping a tight hold on your wallet.

This was my second visit to Sertar, and my first time staying at the Washu Grand Hotel. The young ladies at the front desk were incredibly helpful and had excellent service attitudes. They assisted me with booking a visit to the Buddhist Academy and were very patient. There was also warm ginger tea available in the lobby, which was a nice touch. The room even came with complimentary sweet fruit. The breakfast was light, healthy, and comfortable, making us feel right at home with their warm and attentive service. Big thumbs up for the Washu Grand Hotel!!!

The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding that was free of any strange odors. The soundproofing was also good, and the hot water supply was consistent. The heating, in particular, was very powerful; I actually woke up in the middle of the night feeling too hot and had to open a window to let in some air, only to discover it was snowing outside! ❄️ The hotel's location is absolutely central, just a 5-minute walk to the Seda County Jinma Grassland distribution center. You can park your car directly in a nearby parking lot, which makes loading and unloading luggage very convenient. The hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended!

The hotel room was clean and well-equipped. The front desk staff even gave me a free room upgrade, which I really appreciated. I had a very pleasant stay and will definitely come back if I have the chance.

Arriving at Seda, which is 4,000 meters above sea level, the moment I stepped into the lobby, the warm Rhodiola rosea tea and oxygen equipment handed to me by the girl at the front desk relieved my travel fatigue, and the thoughtful altitude sickness care package was even more meticulous. The room design cleverly combines modern comfort with ******* cultural elements. The floor heating and diffused oxygen supply system provide 24-hour protection. The smart bathroom is filled with a faint ******* fragrance, which allowed me to sleep soundly all night on the plateau.
