I checked in and everything was OK until the 3rd night when the pool suddenly closed without any notice and our toilet clogged. when we asked to have it unclogged, someone came up with a plunger and said for use to do it ourselves. when we asked why he could not do it he said ”i'm management not maintenance. I tried to unlog the toilet for half an hour until we gave up and i called and told them the toilet was not unclogging. They said we would have to go into a different room and we had to move our stuff from the 3rd floor to the 4th floor. The next morning when we checked out. they said the price per night was 130$ but when we reserved our room online it was 102$ they initially said there was nothing they could do until we complained about the toilet and pool issue. they agreed to let us have the rate for 102$ Overall i would not go again and i would take my business somewhere else.

This hotel was exceptionally clean and the service was great. All the workers were friendly and helpful. And the rooms had a great design and were very new and clean looking. The breakfast was very good with lots of healthy options - and some sweet ones also. The location was convenient, though not walkable to too many things as it is just off the highway coming into the west side of town. But quite a few eating and shopping options nearby.

They said we would have to go into a different room and we had to move our stuff from the 3rd floor to the 4th floor. The next morning when we checked out. they said the price per night was 130$ but when we reserved our room online it was 102$ they initially said there was nothing they could do until we complained about the toilet and pool issue. they agreed to let us have the rate for 102$ Overall i would not go again and i would take my business somewhere else.

The breakfast was very good with lots of healthy options - and some sweet ones also. The location was convenient, though not walkable to too many things as it is just off the highway coming into the west side of town. But quite a few eating and shopping options nearby.
