The service was excellent. Someone helped me with my luggage to my room when I got off the bus, and someone guided the driver back to his room after I left. Breakfast was served from 6 am to 9 am, and if I couldn't get up, they would bring it to my room. The toast breakfast was delicious. The service was very professional, and the location was close to the airport, making it extremely cost-effective. The only downside was the abundance of mosquitoes, which is related to the Indonesian environment; I recommend bringing a mosquito net and head cover. Also, there was no hairdryer, so I suggest bringing your own. The linens were very clean and had a light soapy scent.

The only advantage was its proximity to the airport, making it convenient for catching early morning flights. We booked two rooms with 1.8-meter twin beds, but one of the rooms didn't actually have a bed that big. There were loud, strange noises coming from the ceiling all night. The room was practically empty except for a blanket and two very old towels. The blankets and pillows were extremely dirty, and there were bloodstains on the sheets; thankfully, we had brought disposable bedding. Our room had no hot water for showering, and the shower was broken. They didn't even provide toilet paper. Because we had an early flight the next morning, we booked the hotel's airport transfer service. We booked two rooms for four people, requiring only one car, but the front desk initially charged us 50,000 won per room. After some negotiation, we were able to get one transfer waived.
