飯店似乎比較舊，地毯看起來髒髒的，冷氣跟機器運轉聲音比較大，入住時礦泉水已經有一瓶被開過，立刻跟飯店反應了，沒有被另外收錢。

還好棉被跟枕頭浴室都蠻乾淨的。

高爾夫球場很美麗，但房間一般。

The hotel seemed to be older, the carpets looked dirty, the air conditioner and the machine were running loudly, and one bottle of mineral water had already been opened when I checked in. I contacted the hotel immediately and was not charged extra.

Fortunately, the quilts and pillows in the bathroom are quite clean.

The golf course is beautiful but the rooms are average.

The Poco Diablo hotel is located several miles outside of Sedona. It has most amenities to keep you busy for your stay- a network of hiking trails 1//4 mile from the property, golf course, swimming pool, tennis court and laundry room. The hotel is connected by a shuttle from Phoenix and the Verde Valley shuttle takes you from the hotel to Sedona and other areas of interest.  Because the hotel is located away from Sedona you have the opportunity to do star gazing at night. The rooms are spacious. I especially liked the bathroom as there were two sinks- one in the wash area and one outside.  Manager Phil and concierge William were easy to talk too and very pleasant.  They provided answers to our questions. The hotel still follows Covid-19 protocols  so staff had limited contact with guests. Housekeeping is limited to changing towels and picking up trash.  I did not give this hotel 5 stars as they do not have a gift or sundry shop. The Willow restaurant at the hotel is open only for dinner. They have no breakfast or lunch options. We went to Safeway to stock up on breakfast supplies. Buy snacks and drinks for your stay at the hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Family of adults (and 2 dogs) Outstanding customer service in every part of this resort.  Every employee (front desk, restaurant, spa, and engineers ) was extremely nice and helpful.   The grounds of the hotel are very spacious. The dining area is new with an adjacent large outdoor covered patio(not open yet as of March 23).  Adjacent to the covered patio is an awesome outdoor area with 3 large fire pit tables.   We used that for having a glass of wine and to meet other guests, who happened to live 10 minutes away from me in Illinois.  If you have an EV, they have an EV charging station for quests.   The resort is in the middle of a remodel.  Yet, there was no indication of construction on the resort.  I understand it will be done in phases.   Some of the room have not been remodeled, yet my room was still very nice.    The pool is heated year round.  The spa is small, but the services are great.  We ha massages and facials.

Exactly what you want from a hotel. The front desk (David) was so incredibly welcoming! We felt immediately at home… our room was clean, a good size, beds super comfy and the location was perfect for exploring Sedona.
