Overall, I was disappointed in this resort given the cost—it felt very average. While the service was excellent and attentive, the property itself is worn down. My room in the spa building was outdated, with dirty and worn hallway carpet, an ill-fitting rug, and a bed without a skirt that exposed a mismatched mattress and box spring. There were also minor issues like a broken blow dryer and fridge shelves, and sheets that appeared either used or poorly handled.
The hot water went out twice during our 3-night stay, though staff responded quickly and refunded resort fees, which I appreciated. The pool area also seemed poorly maintained, with dirty lounge cushions. The spa massage was very good, but the overall spa facilities didn’t meet expectations for the price. The fitness room was very basic. The property has potential but appears to cut corners on upkeep. The best part of the resort was the onsite restaurant. Breakfast was great and the waitress equally amazing. Overall, for the cost of this resort, I would not stay again or recommend.
