The check in process was smooth. The morning of for us to check out I received a text at 8 something reminding us of the check out time and that we could  check out for 1pm for an additional $30. I said ok and waited for confirmation. 11am a worker bangs on the door and says we need to vacate. I try explaining to him that we requested a later check out. I check the phone and it still says pending. I proceeded to call the front desk 4x and got no answer. I left and there was a line of people at the front desk just waiting. They were nice but very unprofessional.

This is a nice & clean hotel. It is a short driving distance from Providence as well as clise other amenities. It is easy to get to and located in a quiet area. If you're looking for a budget hotel, I would recommend this place.

The room is old and has a smell. The corridor smells very strange. The old black man at the front desk has an arrogant attitude and a very bad attitude. We were given two rooms for adults and children in room 110 at the end of the first floor. There was a power outage at night. The other room room 220 is next to the stairs. The biggest problem is that there is no room yet. Carry luggage up in the elevator
