Never again... we lived in the storch house. You can only boil water, really nothing else. It is in the offer as an holiday appartement, not a room. In other hotels ist is often possible to boil water for tea or coffee in each room. The „kitchen“ is under the ladder for henns. You have to go upstairs for the bedroom. It’s unfortunately not possible with some blood in the alcohol or with old bones, or you feel old. The glasses were ALL used and dirty in the cupboard. The hand soap was empty. We also visited the restaurant. It was okay and expensive. The meat was from an very old animal. I am not sure, if it was really a goat. After the salad, which was very simple, we had to wait for more as half and an hour for the main course. Unbelievable, I thought they had at first to kill an animal.

OK stay but not more. Cozy 80's hotel with some remarks. The room lacked air conditioning. If you opened the window, you risked insects coming in. The bathroom with much original interor from the 80's such as dated tiles and yellowed pine panel. Water from the shower leaked through poorly sealed shower walls. In the restaurant, some in staff did not have sufficient control over the situation. A waiter lacked basic knowledge of how to set a table, for example. The waiter had difficulty with simple things such as distributing the beverage notes for two companies. The pool area was somewhat old-fashioned and the outdoor environment outside the pool was dirty and not inviting. The staff was friendly and the cleaning was good. Free parking.

Das Zimmer war sauber. Der Service fand so gut wie gar nicht statt. Die Servicekäfte mussten erst von der Rezeption geholt werden, um eine Bestellung aufzunehmen. Das dauerte dann erst einmal. Nach einer Nachfrage, sagte der Kellner, dass er in der Küche nachfragen muss und kam nicht wieder. Wir sind dann nach Jesteburg zum Essen gegangen. Die Sauntür sprang aus den Scharnieren, der Behandlungsraum und der Ruheraum waren kalt. Aus dem Wasserhahn für das Salzbad kamen Rost und Ablagerungen, durch die alten Rohre. Also grottenschlecht. Nie wieder !

Ich kan nur davon abraten dort essen zu gehen. Wir waren heute Abend zu fünft in der Heischnucke zum Essen.Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, was man vom Servicepersonal leider nicht sagen kann. Die Häppchen die uns als Essen präsentiert wurden, sind maximal etwas für den Hunger zwischendurch. Zum Scnitzel wird laut Karte Gurkensalat serviert, bekommen haben wir einen nicht mehr frischen gemischten Salat wo der Koch den Strunk der Tomaten wohl der einfachthalber dran ließ. Auf Vorhalt, das in der Karte Gurkensalat steht, wurde hiingewiesen, dass es Gurkensalat erst ab Morgen gibt. Zur Sülze gab es "lecker" Remolade aus dem Metro Eimer. Auch hier war der Salat nicht frisch. Irgendwas schwamm auf dem Grund des Alsterwasser. Auf Vorhalt wurde das Glas abgeräumt und der Kellner besaß die Dreistigkeit zu fragen,ob man ein neues bestellen möchte. Vielleicht hätte der Kellner den Dreck am Grund des Alsters sehen sollen, sich entschuldigen und ein neues bringen. Nichts dergleichen! Das Besteck ist auch in die Jahre gekommen und hätte sauber sein können.Wir waren hier gleich zweimal essen. Das erste und das letzte Mal.

Wir waren das Wochenende 10.03. bis 13.03. Gäste. Es war wunderschön, vom Empfang bis Abendessen hat alles super funktioniert. Unser Zimmer war schön groß und sauber. Frühstücksbuffet hatte viel Auswahl, von kalten bis warmen Speisen. Schwimmbad und Saunen super Zustand und Sauber. Abendmenu (hatten Halbpension) eine 10 von 10! Beste Grüße Familie Rumpke
