Discover this hotel on an ad hoc trip to the town. Enjoy the stay there very much. Though the room size a bit small but room is comfortable and very clean. Staff are very friendly. Venue is great, near a lot of nice restaurants and a shopping center for basic essential. Rate is reasonable. Will stay there again in my next trip.

Came across this place when I was surfing the internet for places to go on the long National Day weekend in Malaysia. Our group of 6 adults & 2 children stayed for a night and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Their package is all inclusive which includes afternoon tea, dinner, supper, breakfast, fruit orchard tour, fruit platter & rubber tapping experience. It was our first experience tapping rubber and all were excited. They also have outdoor karaoke, board games, pool table, sky lantern at night. The residential building is located on a small hill which offered great views of the oil palm plantation with splendid views of the sunrise and sunset.

My choice of hotel everytime I went to Segamat for work purposes. Hotel location is strategically central to mostly everything. Major F&B outlets are just a stone away, some are even located within the same building. KFC, Texas Chicken, McDonalds, Marrybrown are all within 1-5min walk from the hotel and most are operated 24hrs daily. Even the nearest local foodcourt are just 7min walk away. Convenient store like 7 Eleven and Billion supermarket located next to Hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious, worth every dollars spent. Facilities within the room works well...the AC is cold, the water heater and wifi work nicely.. the only setback is they dont have minibar within room and the ironing board are located at the end of each floor (you cant move it)...but that not really a big deal to me. Ample parking space located at the basement and they are free for hotel guest.

Along the national highway, you can easily find it by walking 7-8 minutes from the bus terminal and station in Sugamat. There is no elevator, only stairs, but because it is a three-story building, unless the luggage is large, I think there is no problem. The room is not so clean, but it is clean, considering that the hotel is about $10 per night, this is no problem. The hot water in the shower also has water pressure and temperature, which is not a problem for tropical areas. There are few shops not far away, but if you go east along the national highway, there will be such restaurants, and there are convenience stores in the hotel, so there is no difficulty.
