Unser Zimmer war klein aber fein. Modern und ziemlich neu renoviert. Allerdings im Untergeschoss, wir haben also im Keller gewohnt. Warmes Wasser zum Duschen gab es nicht. Das Bad war frisch aufgenommen und es war soviel Wasser am Boden das ich ausgerutscht bin. Glücklicherweise unverletzt.

Il residence si trova a Segrate in una zona residenziale tranquilla dove si può parcheggiare nelle strisce bianche facilmente. Il servizio reception è stato veloce e cordiale. Noi abbiamo alloggiato in una suite al 3 piano dotata di ogni comfort con bagno grande con vasca e doccia. La stanza è attrezzata anche per cucinare. La colazione fornita è fatta di prodotti industriali sigillati, c’è dolce e salato caffè succhi e acqua, un bollitore. Adiacente alla camera c’è una bellissima terrazza. Il residence è sicuro e tranquillo ed è stato comodissimo per raggiungere il parco della musica e l’aeroporto di Linate. Unico consiglio implementare il set per l’igiene personale oppure portare l’occorrente da casa. Per il rapporto qualità prezzo mi sento di consigliarlo tranquillamente.

la struttura è composta da una serie di stanze parecchio vicine tra di loro, poco insonorizzate. le stanze sono moderne ed essenziali, la colazione è già apparecchiata in camera con prodotti industriali. ho avuto problemi con la macchina del caffe che non era funzionante, forse per via della scarsa manutenzione, e la pressione dell’acqua al 2º piano non era delle migliori. manca la reception h24 e parcheggio. rapporto qualità prezzo parecchio sbilanciato per la zona.

Struttura nuova e all'avanguardia... ben curata e molto pulita.... il personale davvero gentilissimo e viene incontro a tutte le esigenze dei clienti.... arredata con molto gusto.... ogni stanza dotata di macchina da caffè e frigo ....lo consiglio vivamente...

Mi sono trovato bene. Pulito e ordinato. Dovevo avere una notte prima di andare all’aeroporto e devo dire che la scelta è stata buona. Lo consiglierei e se dovessi tornare in zona potrei prenotare di nuovo. C’era anche colazione preconfezionata pronta.

Aparentemente parece un lugar tranquilo y nuevo pero mi habitación estaba muy sucia y nada que ver como te lo pintan en fotos, parecía un almacén con una cama mal puesta, sábanas rotas, persiana estropeada... personal desagradable y poca profesionalidad cuando te quejas.
