I love Panbill! Its just top notch! The service, the amenities and love how they are on their feet for extra mile! And they celebrated my birthday too! How sweet they are!

Facilities are very outdated. Aircon was not even cold just fan. Called front desk to check twice and have to go to lobby to get them again. Very slow and unresponsive to aircon not being cold. After technicians came to check all good. But at night realised whatever temperature set is too cold and cannot be adjust. Set whatever temperature same very cold.

If you are looking for a place that is away from the noise you can consider this hotel, it’s not that far from Nagoya and Grand Batam mall with grab which cost about IDR60-75k depending on the choice of vehicle. The room we got was worth the price paid for but I recommend for lake view as the one I chose was the view of the garden but what I see is the apartment just across our windows. The room is well maintained and clean, nice and comfy bed and pillows. Do take note that you hear music from morning till almost 10pm which was played from the open bar even I was on the 8th floor. Those who are thinking of using the gym, there is only 1 treadmill and the rest of the electric equipments are not working but you can do your run outside as the area is a gated private residential. Food for breakfast was provided with many options and my daughter and I was very happy with the varieties and I was surprised that they even have steamed sweet potatoes and tapioca which I have not seen in most places I’ve been, it was very thoughtful of them. The staffs are very friendly and always ready when you need help and kudos to the restaurant team that serves breakfast, they are very attentive and fast and stayed calm even when the place was packed of people on the weekends . Overall my stay was very pleasant and happy to come back again.

Overall enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Location is decent not too far from the main Batam centre or Nagoya areas. Breakfast was just alright.. wish the food was warmer. Service was good and did not have any major issues overall… would come back if the price was low for next booking.

I recently stayed at Wyndham Panbil Batam to celebrate my birthday. Although the room had a strong floral scent from the cleaning products when we first entered, the overall experience was wonderful. The staff went above and beyond by surprising me with a birthday song and a complimentary cake, which made my celebration truly special. Everyone was warm, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The excellent hospitality made this a memorable stay, and I would happily return.

Great infinity pool with a great view of the lagoon. The rooftop is nice ad well.

Booked executive room and comes with complementary drink and tea at the private lounge. The room is spacious but a bit old. The AC is very powerful, we need to off it to be able to sleep. Bed is comfortable and room is quiet. The staffs are excellent and helpful. Location is a bit away, but there is a shuttle bus available to the most malls. Did not visit the outdoor mini zoo due to rain. Breakfast is good.

I am very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel and the excellent facilities provided. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The facilities were also very good and made my stay more enjoyable.
